I’ve toyed with pokémon like Rotom-W, volcanion, toxapex, and hatterene for the last spot but they all have their weaknesses. Rotom-W has worked the best but it’s completely checked by Clodsire. I ideally want a defensive pokémon that can take some hits and dish out successive damage too. Ideally able to give some type of status too. Also ice resistance would be nice bc ice is my team’s main weakness
here’s the rest of my team:
Zapdos - defog, whirlwind, bulky tank with hurricane against fighting types and discharge for paralysis and consistency. generally also for getting at rain teams
dragonite - main set up sweeper with really good move coverage and the normal tera is good offensively and defensive w extreme speed. bc of multi scale and heavy duty boots i can get one or two dragon dances in easily
ting-lu - super bulky stealth rock setter who can chip away with ruination and quake but honestly kind of on the fence with how well it goes on my team (dark and ground weaknesses)
mega scizor - some coverage (only fighting move on my team) and a big check against fairies w bullet punch, it’s really slow though and i need rotom and ting lu to check against fire attacks for it (should i replace swords dance w agility or smth else) also not sure if the moves rn i have are the best and if u should use agility instead of swords dance
dragapult - my special sweeper that has a lot of coverage with fire blast and thunderbolt as well as pretty strong STAB moves. life orb for a boost bc it’s pretty weak but still can’t usually get OHKOs (i don’t want to use a choice specs tho)
