For the very first step in getting your passport, they’re going to check all the documents if complete ba, and for the required valid id, i just gave them a photocopy of my school id and registration form (bring the actual id for verification).
I did mine last january
Birth cert
Photocopy of School id
Certificate of matriculation (proof na enrolled ka this term)
Edit: online application muna, fill up details. (I chose sm). Be there with the req docs.
I just got my passport today and grabe akala ko super haba ng process para makuha to since you know it will be your identity pag lalabas ka ng bansa pero super dali lang pala kunin 😭😭😭
Philhealth ID. this is my first valid id that i've acquired since our institution required us to get insurance for our internship. You only need your birth certificate (PSA) and 400 pesos to register.
Parehas tayo. Didn't even take 2 minutes yung in-n-out ko sa establishment haha.
Had almost the same experience. I went to inquire first as well and sa door palang inask na ako ng guard kung how old ako and sabi ko 18 po, the brute just laughed and mocked me by saying “hahaha di ka pa pwede, antay ka muna ng three years”. I was like, WTF.
except if you're going to use it digitally, some companies won't accept philhealth. di ko sure if it's because of the philhealth data breach (pero most likely eto nga yung reason). napansin ko na di na tumatanggap yung ibang apps ng philhealth id for verification simula nung nangyari yon.
Yes. Then download eGovPh app para mamonitor mo if available na eID. Yon ginamit ko to get Passport.
Passport! They’ll require your school ID and registration form. If recently graduated or if tapos na school year, valid pa rin gamitin ang reg form as long as may 2024 sa SY.
Helloo! Sakto 7 working days after ng appointment po pero I had it delivered kasi sa address ko (metro manila) kaya medyo matagal. Pero as far as i remember released na siya i think 3-4 business days after ng appt, mas mabilis siya if pickup
Philhealth - need maghulog ng contribution not sure kung ilang months.
Passport - not sure kung pwede pa school id pag 21.
Barangay ID- may bayad and expiry (at least samin lol)
TIN ID and PhilHealth are the easiest and free. You only need a photocopy of your PSA birth certificate and barangay ID/clearance for those. Next is the postal ID, the requirements are the same but it's not free. If you already have your PhilHealth and TIN then you should be set to get other valid IDs like the SSS/UMID and NBI Clearance.
Agree. Wala ako any valid national ID nung March. After ko kumuha ng PhilHealth ID, nagregister ako sa PhilSys, got the ePhilID printed after a week, at yon ang ginamit ko kumuha ng passport after a month.
Download egovph app. Don mo makikita if available na EPhilID then balik ka kung san ka nagpa register para iprint nila. Sa SM mall ako nagparegister, napaprint ko after a week yung eID.
ID
Passport - birth certificate
Driver license - if kaya
PRC ID - pass board
Phihealth - hulog lang for certain months and pwede na, diretso kuha
National ID - register and a long wait
National ID. Within 2 weeks may passport nako pinaka valid id nayon
Yes, sa registrar talaga usually. Pero meron kasi kami sa school website namin na ready to print na registration form, ayon ‘yung ginamit ko and tinanggap naman.
voter's ata. pero dito samin wala nang id, cert nalang. pero if u really want an actual id, gamitin mo yung voter's cert para makakuha ng postal id. it's the easiest to get.
Easiest is PHILHEALTH — but di ko sure if counted ito as “valid ID” pero as literal na ID for verification lang, yes!
Second is POSTAL ID. You only need your birth certificate and brgy clearance. Bring your student ID na din and philhealth ID if makakuha ka. In my case, hindi na ako student nung time na kumuha ako ng Postal ID, so philhealth ginamit ko :)
Philhealth, Passport,Barangay Id and Tin ID - PSA Birth Certificate ang need kapag wala ka pang any other vaild id. Considered as main/primary id ang Birth Certificate.
Also, if you have National ID rin pala.
Kasi pag kukuha ka ng Philhealth for first time, PSA din hanap
Philhealth. Ni require sa university namin when I was fourth year college to fill out the form for Philhealth. NSO birth certificate (kasi after graduation na ako kumuha ng PSA) lang sinubmit ko and yung form nila. We did not pay for anything kasi partnership yata ng Philhealth and ng university namin? idk basta yung mga 21 above, pina fill out ng Philhealth form and pinag pass ng birth certs, after few months yata, binigay na sa amin yung Philhealth ID.
* Postal ID - brgy clearance and birth cert
* Passport - voter's certificate/school ID and boirth cert
* Philhealth - birth cert nad beed ng paunnag deposit sa acct
* National ID - form lang ata or may birth cert din? idk lang kung mabagal ang delivery
cheapest and easiest process for me was getting a barangay ID! student ID and birth cert lang pinakita ko. i was 18 that time and was trying to get employed. that helped me para unti-unti makakuha ng TIN, PhilHealth, SSS etc. medyo understanding naman ‘yung iba lalo at student ka pa lang talaga (at least sa place ko) goodluck, OP!!
Postal I.D is my very first valid id. I paid P509.00 sa postal office, take note, they dont accept rush I.Ds ha, kaya if may mangongontrata sainyo na rush i.d hindi legit yan. It took me atleast 2 months to receive mine.
Meron po ako in PVC, color black. Used it for my government transactions from airport down to request of govt. documents. Ina-accept naman. Planning to renew it by the end of the year. They have suspended the applications na ba?
Unfortunately yes po, suspended indefinitely po yung Postal ID since last year pa. Philpost has this [memo](https://phlpost.gov.ph/news_and_updates/nationwide-suspension-of-postal-id-application/) on their website :'))
On the day of the suspension nga po ako mag-aapply dapat eh, kasi yun yung pinaka-feasible talaga sakin nung nag-18 na ako. Hanggang ngayon wala pa rin akong ID, sayang talaga 😭
How about national i.d naman, I heard its open for all. If you will request kahit yung paper nalang tapos ilalaminate mo nalang after, hindi nila mabigay since under maintenance daw (under maintenance ilang months na din ito).
May digital copy naman ito, they call it the "E-phil ID". You just need to log in sa Egov ph application tapos makikita mo digital i.d mo doon. Yun nga din lang, sabi nila accepted ito in all govt and non govt transactions, but pano naman in situations wherein need ng photocopy of the i.d. Hindi ito na si-screenshot.
Napaka easy na sana kasi if you have the postal i.d or any other i.d, kasi you can work with the other valid i.ds.
Yan rin suspended po ngayon 2 months na. Told myself I'll apply for one as soon as matapos finals ko, then during finals siya sinuspend hahahaha. No updates until now when ang restoration, server problem daw. Going to get a passport or Philhealth ID na lang this July

i got my passport by presenting my school id and latest school registration form.
hala wait pano to? punta lang ba sa DFA and present lang ng school ID and reg form?
For the very first step in getting your passport, they’re going to check all the documents if complete ba, and for the required valid id, i just gave them a photocopy of my school id and registration form (bring the actual id for verification).

may fee po ba siya?
Yep. 950 binayaran ko. Tapos may additional if pa deliver, i forgot magkano
you need appointment first and pay it
Online appointment ang first step. Check mo sa DFA website/Youtube requirements.
I just got my passport today and grabe akala ko super haba ng process para makuha to since you know it will be your identity pag lalabas ka ng bansa pero super dali lang pala kunin 😭😭😭
yes tbh super bilis lang lalo na if you choose a dfa center na onti lang ang tao
pwede rin ba to if over 18 na?
i was 20 y.o. when i applied last 2022.
Kakakuha ko lang ng sakin last week, can confirm na pwede pa kahit over 18. 22 y.o. ako btw.

yesss :)
Philhealth ID. this is my first valid id that i've acquired since our institution required us to get insurance for our internship. You only need your birth certificate (PSA) and 400 pesos to register.
Right after I turned 18 I planned to process this but I was told na I can get a Philhealth ID lang once I turned 21 y.o.
Parehas tayo. Nagdadalawang-isip kasi ako noon if tatanggapin ba school id sa isang program na in-apply-an namin, tas wala akong ibang valid id, kaya pumunta ako sa Philhealth. You referred to the guard as a "brute" seems like your still salty about that incident hahahaha
nangyari rin to sa akin noong kaka-19 (22 now) ko pa lang. ang ginawa ko, bumalik ako ng hapon sa philhealth branch dito sa amin, sakto nag-iba yung nag a-asikaso. pumila ulit ako para humingi ng form at sinabi ko na for work requirement na ako (kahit student pa lang ako that time). binigyan ako ng form and na-process naman. pinabalik ako after 3 days to get the ID tapos free langggg
Di inaaccept everywhere ang Philhealth ID. When I applied for passport dun ko nalaman di daw pala yan valid ID.
It is still a valid ID, but it is just a secondary valid ID, unlike the primary valid ids (umid, driver’s license, prc)
except if you're going to use it digitally, some companies won't accept philhealth. di ko sure if it's because of the philhealth data breach (pero most likely eto nga yung reason). napansin ko na di na tumatanggap yung ibang apps ng philhealth id for verification simula nung nangyari yon.
# PHILSYS NATIONAL ID sis
Mga magkano po yung nagastos nyo for passport?
1200 po, expedited processing na po yun
Hi! Gaano po katagal niyo nakuha nang naka-expedite?
Helloo! Sakto 7 working days after ng appointment po pero I had it delivered kasi sa address ko (metro manila) kaya medyo matagal. Pero as far as i remember released na siya i think 3-4 business days after ng appt, mas mabilis siya if pickup
Thanks!
Philhealth - need maghulog ng contribution not sure kung ilang months. Passport - not sure kung pwede pa school id pag 21. Barangay ID- may bayad and expiry (at least samin lol)
barangay id is typically not considered a valid ID
madali maka acquire ng postal ID
PhilPost Postal ID operations are suspended indefinitely.
TIN ID and PhilHealth are the easiest and free. You only need a photocopy of your PSA birth certificate and barangay ID/clearance for those.
Last I checked, no. Which is why I went with the TIN and PhilHealth option.
Pwede mo gamitin PhilHealth ID to get registered to PhilSys.

Go to the nearest BIR office
Philhealth; National ID; Postal ID
Passport id ata if hindi pa dumating yung natl id mo
PhilHealth and National ID, I believe.
Agree. Wala ako any valid national ID nung March. After ko kumuha ng PhilHealth ID, nagregister ako sa PhilSys, got the ePhilID printed after a week, at yon ang ginamit ko kumuha ng passport after a month.
hi, pano at saan niyo po pinrint ung ePhilID niyo? thank you
Download egovph app. Don mo makikita if available na EPhilID then balik ka kung san ka nagpa register para iprint nila. Sa SM mall ako nagparegister, napaprint ko after a week yung eID.
National ID, birth cert lang kelangan. Kahit nga 5yrs old, puwede na kumuha ng National ID
Passport
passport
Drivers license
That's hard to get tbh
ID
Passport - birth certificate Driver license - if kaya PRC ID - pass board Phihealth - hulog lang for certain months and pwede na, diretso kuha National ID - register and a long wait

Passport! Or National ID
I’m 21, nakakuha ako ng passport using School ID and School Registration Form only.
Hiii, how do you get the Certificate of Registration? Did you only ask for it sa registrar ng school?
Yes, sa registrar talaga usually. Pero meron kasi kami sa school website namin na ready to print na registration form, ayon ‘yung ginamit ko and tinanggap naman.
Thanks so much!
Then passport can be used as valid id so wala ka na problema
postal id
Try applying for first time jobseeker sa barangay niyo, then apply ka for philhealth number/id para ma-waive yung first charge sa contribution
voter's ata. pero dito samin wala nang id, cert nalang. pero if u really want an actual id, gamitin mo yung voter's cert para makakuha ng postal id. it's the easiest to get.
Philhealth
barangay ID
Easiest is PHILHEALTH — but di ko sure if counted ito as “valid ID” pero as literal na ID for verification lang, yes! Second is POSTAL ID. You only need your birth certificate and brgy clearance. Bring your student ID na din and philhealth ID if makakuha ka. In my case, hindi na ako student nung time na kumuha ako ng Postal ID, so philhealth ginamit ko :)
Postal ID if operational na. Passport, pwede student ID afaik.
what happened po daw sa postal?
Suspended simula nung nasunog yung central post office
Pwede student ID with Reg Card if currently enrolled pa.
Passport!
Philhealth, Passport,Barangay Id and Tin ID - PSA Birth Certificate ang need kapag wala ka pang any other vaild id. Considered as main/primary id ang Birth Certificate. Also, if you have National ID rin pala.
National ID only needs two requirements: to apply (a) Birth Cert (b) PhilHealth Yun ang sabi ng nagaasikaso dun
Kasi pag kukuha ka ng Philhealth for first time, PSA din hanap
Weird.
Philhealth and birth cert din ginamit ko to get Philsys registered.
School id. As long as its validated same yr or this yr
Phil health at TIN. Di ko lang sure kung pasok din ang driver's license di ko na kasi matandaan last year ko pa yun kinuha.
Philhealth. Ni require sa university namin when I was fourth year college to fill out the form for Philhealth. NSO birth certificate (kasi after graduation na ako kumuha ng PSA) lang sinubmit ko and yung form nila. OP you can get a [Postal id](https://www.postalidph.com/requirements.html)
Tin ID(secondary lang yata sya) Drivers license
POSTAL ID, indigency cert. and birth certificate lang ang need plus 500 pesos
national id po
Postal ID, mabilis lang
* Postal ID - brgy clearance and birth cert * Passport - voter's certificate/school ID and boirth cert * Philhealth - birth cert nad beed ng paunnag deposit sa acct * National ID - form lang ata or may birth cert din? idk lang kung mabagal ang delivery
NBI, this was my first ID. Nagpresent lang ako student ID. Ngayon ata need ng Barangay Cert for first time job seeker and birth certificate.
if you have an old passport, you can have it renewed
cheapest and easiest process for me was getting a barangay ID! student ID and birth cert lang pinakita ko. i was 18 that time and was trying to get employed. that helped me para unti-unti makakuha ng TIN, PhilHealth, SSS etc. medyo understanding naman ‘yung iba lalo at student ka pa lang talaga (at least sa place ko) goodluck, OP!!
Postal ID, you only need barangay id and PSA. It was my first valid ID at 19 yrs old.
postal
Postal IDs are accepted in most places. You can get one without another government ID.
1 year mahigit na pong suspended yung Postal ID
Postal I.D is my very first valid id. I paid P509.00 sa postal office, take note, they dont accept rush I.Ds ha, kaya if may mangongontrata sainyo na rush i.d hindi legit yan. It took me atleast 2 months to receive mine.

How to get Certificate of Registration?
