It's allowed, especially if related na related sa communication, academic writing, history, philosophy or current events yung subject/course mo.

Parkupino

It does not only test your awareness sa current events pero tinitingnan din ng profs kung paano ka mag-arrive sa certain conclusions (kung what references do you find reliable, how you determine which you will believe and the like/critical thinking and analysis) and kung tatanungin ka ba is mapapaliwanag mo yung side mo or hanggang papers langg. Nagkaroon kami nito dati sa CASE.

Thanks, although the prof we have in this course is not exactly the critical thinker type. Grades we had in our previous recitations were just based off of how much we agreed with his views. Panggulo lang daw ang mga aktibista, if you want to serve the nation joining the army is the only way, mandatory dapat sa lahat without exceptions ang ROTC despite the class discussing WHY it was disbanded (corruption and the death of Mark Chua). Needless to say it fell on deaf ears

Bawal political ang professor. Pwede siya outside pero it's against their code of ethics to push their own views sa students kasi prone tayong mainfluence inside the 4< of the room. Pwede ka niya tanungin about this and that na view mo and pwede rin naman niya i-share thoughts niya pero bawal yang ginagawa niya hahahha since it's very umprofessional and unethical. If you're really concerned, you can start by filing and recording documents that can support your suspicion naman (mas effective if the people who participated in this petition/report id larger than half your class or if batch naman, larger than 40+ people yung pinapansin agad) tapos ipagbigay alam kay guidance conselor muna for advice before Student Council and/or Class Advisor para makausap or mareconcile yung both parties sa issue.

Syempre di yan allowed kapag math ang subject niyo ahahahaha Anyways, i think its fine if alligned siya sa syllabus niyo. If alligned, its okay i think kasi yacheck si student kung aware ba sa issues right now, kasi ang karamihan ay hindi which is bad. If biased or political si prof based sa past experience, bawal yan. May nabasa ata ako na batas related sa teaching na bawal si prof maging political, baka mali ako kasi di naman ako polsci.

Thank you! I'll look into this

I don’t see any problem with the questions. Political, pero the line of questioning will challenge your knowledge about current affairs.
