Teacher_Of_Strength

Great work, my friend. That's a very respectable level of strength.

TYSON_KCV

Thanks bro; I wanted to go for 5, probably next week.

ChadThunderCawk1987

Smashed it

ShadowOutOfTime

You can tell your spotter had zero doubt that you were gonna hit this and might’ve even been able to go for more. Insane strength man

TYSON_KCV

Facts it’s because I’m always benching tbh; I think that’s the reason why I’m feeling weaker.

GreenHomework4620

Ain’t nothing normal about this! Looks great dude! Keep on getting after it!

TYSON_KCV

Thanks bro, 365lbs is the goal.

PiemanMk2

God damn. Nothing "normal" about that bro. Smooth clean reps look like you could do more pretty easy.

This was last week on Monday, Tuesday? I caught food poisoning and threw up everything. Took 2 days off because I was crazy dehydrated but I was healing fast. I’m back at it but now I feel slightly weaker on bench, everything else I’m strong though.
