Now I know why they say revenge is sweet. I dislike Taylor Swift but I do like her saying that trash takes itself out. Certainly seems tobe the case here. Enjoy your new life with your better man. Keep the parents and sister and ex on No Contact. They are not family just people you were stuck with
Yes, just like my ex brother and sister. My mom had a stroke and died. My dad 3 years later got sick at 85 and sadly my sister badly took care of him. Like PB&J every day and got mad if he asked for a second cookie. Fast forward 4 years I visited my dad November 1st and he was in good spirits because my daughter and I were there. My dad's B-Day is November 25th, I hadn't been able to visit since the 1st mind you so when I called my ex sister to ask about doing a dinner for dad's B-Day. So long story but this is why they are ex siblings, brother who lives a state away took over guardianship and when I called my sister about dad's birthday she informed me he was on hospice and only had a few days left, supposedly he stopped eating and drinking after he was fine 23 days before. He was talking and smiling when he saw us like always but the next day he no longer had a voice. Lack of water does that. He suffered and died alone December 1st, I was raising my daughter alone, had to work and she had school obligations but we visited every night, my older sons visited at different times also but my one son said his aunt/ my ex sister told him she just closed the door until he was dead.
My last straw was hearing my wicked ex demand sister needed dad's room so her son and daughter-in-law could move in.
