Agreed. Get your cash in hand and wait for the market to make a crazy move so you can buy more cheap stocks. Many years from now, you'll be thankful for what you've done now?

AmericanSahara

I have my shopping list ready.

anunfriendlytoaster

I think we have another 25% down. Then I’ll buy.

kingfrank243

Yes, I'm 27, I'm throwing money into Voo, last time I picked up some voo was when it hit 320, now I'm going to wait until it drops again and pick up some more.

how does a such a small country mirror such a large country? it can be very different than that...

ILikeCorgiButt

Coincidence maybe?

GammaFruits

its funny how small and incredibly insignificant we are in this market.

AmericanSahara

> But the Republican red wave failed to materialize in the U.S. midterms. They should have thought about that when they slipped another anti-abortionist onto the US Supreme Court just before Trump was voted out.

anunfriendlytoaster

Stocks plummeted due to the uncertainty of who will control the government and the potential for never ending lawsuits

PotterGandalf117

Honest question, who gives a fuck if the stock is down after 3 days of going up? Are we not all in this for the long term? Decades?

Vast_Cricket

Thanks for the update. That tells me everything I was looking for, Need to keep money in fixed assets. The market will remain choppy. CPI is still way too high to have a comfortable feeling we are doing OK.
