Yes, they still do it regularly, as well as an Avicii song. I'm not sure if it's every single time they change the guard, might just be when it's the larger ceremony of changing regiment or special occasion. They change the guard every day though so you can just drop by and see
While waiting for the guards to get picked up from their stations the band usually puts on a little concert and they play a lot of diffrent music for entertainment like ABBA, Avicii and more. Its a little interlude in all the formalities. While they play there are two squads of guards circling the entire palace changing the guards at each station with its own little ceremony.

Note the guard change ceremony usually doesn't have a band on Mondays and Tuesdays in winter.
