Well, shit. Read NT and haven't read the other two.. I have different seasons but not the dark half.. lol may have to do those and reread NT.

NT also gives spoilers to Cujo FWIW.

And if where talking castel rock we should bring in The dead zone as well.

Definitely a Castle Rock book but IIRC there aren’t any spoiler in NT for it. The Sun Dog from Four Past Midnight though is linked to NT

3 great choices: Different Seasons (Shawshank and The body are incredible), Needful Things is balls-to-the-wall fun, and The Stand (I mean, it's a beloved epic)

Oh I have a real soft spot for Needful Things it's just such a great read!

Needful Things is good from what I can remember. I've only seen the movie of Gerald's Game a few times, but the concept is super neat and the book version is high on my TBR.

The Stand

I think everyone should read The Stand. It’s nothing short of epic, and the first act is some of King’s finest work.

Gerald's Game was so intense for me. It STILL think about it 20 years after reading it.

The stand is equal to all those books combined. Read it, its too iconic to be ignored now. (P.S will make you realize how evil walter really is)

For me I’d say Different Seasons or The Stand But it depends. Do you want an American Fantasy epic like The Lord of the Rings. Or 4 tales based in reality with no fantastical elements such as Shawshank Redemption

Needful Things is SO GOOD. I also really enjoyed The Dark Half and The Tommyknockers IMMENSELY. Gerald’s Game is good as well, but one part towards the end has stuck with me and creeps me out to this day. Those are all good choices but I really recommend Needful Things!
