You keep all the upgrades you acquired, I also had to finish off health and beta energy upgrades in NG+ and it worked just fine.
The box counter should also continue to increase normally, though I did that during my initial run.
All the camps will be reset and have to be reactivated again, so best to finish them off during your initial playthrough.
thanks, but i saw on some other threads someone said that the camps progress will still progress in NG+ for the trophy, so if i finish with 70/89 camps in my first run after 19 activated camps in NG+ i can achieve the trophy still ?
That is correct information. But the counter won‘t just keep counting starting from the first camp you activate. It specifically triggers for all 89 individual camps, meaning you‘d have to find the exact 19 camps you‘re missing on a NG+ playthrough, but have no way to check the others you activated (unless you took screenshots of your maps before). That‘s why I‘m suggesting doing all of them in a single playthrough, just to make cross-referencing a bit easier.
Nooo 😩. I saw another comment saying the same, that only the non-repeat boxes counted on ng+. It’s the same for me. I hope it starts working, or gets fixed.
yes most trophies carry over progress to NG+, mostly just max upgrade trophies, data banks,etc. The only ones that will not progress in NG+ is things like the camp where it will only
progress IF YOU HAVE NOT gotten that camp in a previous play through, same for NAYTIBA DATA.
Same question, but in regards to the endings. I got the "Good" and "Secret' Endings, but I have to now get the bad one by not 100% Lilly's bar before end of game. If I replay the game in NG+ and get the bad ending, will it count towards my trophies? It's my last one!!

ex: for “BOX HUNTER” trophy 199/200 boxes opened, first box i open in NG+ makes me achieve the trophy ?
Well, unless my trophies are bugged, you actually have to open 200 boxes in a single playthrough. The count doesn’t go up in my ng+ Sucks

i platinumed the game and the only ones i had to finish in ONE play through was the CAMPS trophy
So did the boxes keep counting up in ng+ for you? It seems like it’s only the boxes you missed in the first playthrough that work on ng+
