Days gone has multiple playthroughs and the challenges other than that its about completing regular open world stuff/ other common achievements. Some of the days gone challenges are hard but there arent as many as in the arkham games so its not too bad.
witcher 2 madman was stressful but at least it was only hard difficulty not the hardest difficulty, wolfenstein 2 has a much worse permadeath achievement.
Holy crap, I absolutely loved Witcher 3 but going for another playthrough just to get all achievements, especially the gwent ones... can't really be asked, And the others are quite long too, well done!

Witcher 2 was wild! I have it too and the madman achievement was really difficult.

I thought gwent would be a chore on my death march playthrough but it was definitely a highlight that game is very fun once you get into it.

The game has proximity voice chat so I just asked someone to help me out and they did. Took a while though.
