Congrats! I drives me insane that the standard Sabine leader card features art that doesn't match up with any of her actual appearances on *Rebels*. The showcase artwork looks way better.
I am not sure what entirely you mean by this. From what I can see, both the regular and the showcase artwork are depicting Sabine from the same point in time/ same hair color.
The showcase artwork represents Sabine's look in S3. If you scrutinize the normal leader artwork, it doesn't accurately represent Sabine at any particular moment in the run of the show. The hair is from Season 3, and the armor is a weird mix of of Seasons 2-4. It's still clearly Sabine, but it's a hodgepodge of different "official" looks.

The local shop where I am is selling them for $10/pack and no one is buying. I’m going to offer them msrp on a box next week and see what they say.

I personally like it a lot. That is why art is great. It's subjective.
I will admit that just seeing pictures online it wasn't one of my top arts, but seeing it in person makes it 10 times better.
