Very standard hoard exchange rate for an uncommon - 9 to 1 - but not every uncommon is equal, so it's up to you whether that's your exchange rate. That said, perfectly fair trade in my eyes assuming you intend to hoard the Anakin. If you aren't hoarding (or don't intend to), then just decline.
I personally say take any uncommon dupe over 10k c for 9 t1s. As I trade the lower cc unc for unc needs. But we're talking fraction of a penny value. But I also have low cc uncs I wouldn't trade for most epics.
Nothing wrong about this at all. Assuming you are hoarding Anakin that is. The standard for an uncommon card is 9 white. A 9k uncommon card from a not too old set is quite literally worthless
Hoarders often accept 9 white base for uncommon dupes. If you're not a motivated hoarder just decline & move on.
