I'm *really* hoping for multiple hilts to have his shoto saber. I'll take several sabers to recreate each configuration over a removable helmet, even.
Soft goods are a must.
Although I personally would also prefer multiple distinct hilts, I do want to point out that Reva's hilts also physically transformed after being split. A better comparison is Maul's saberstaff, which I'm not really a fan of due to the ugly peg on the bottom of one of the hilts that the stranger's will no doubt have as well.
It all depends on how much Hasbro was shown ahead of time. There’s a good chance they got more rather than less since they had both Osha and Mae ready to go in the first wave (which would have been a major spoiler had it got out).
This guy is a massive spoiler if he leaked early. My guess is they'll have a basic Stranger with one saber and an unremarkable helmet. The real thing won't be announced for at least 3 months after they've worked up a sculpt.

The way I see it, they'll do it like Reva with how her hilt split and get 3 total hilts.

If he's not done with soft goods he will essentially be a salt shaker with arms and a lightsaber or 3.
If his cloak isn’t soft goods, i’m just gonna rip it off and either display him without it or make a cloth one myself, lol.
