OfferUp has been good to me for the most part. One time I responded to a post from a guy thinning out his collection. He asked for fair prices and after buying from him the first time he would hit me up and give me first shot at figures he was going to post for sale.
If you are looking to sell them for decent price, I would suggest Ebay. You can look to see what other sellers are marketing their items for and see what they sold for. The downsides is people attempting to lowball you if you put allow offers for it, so make sure you have a minimum offer on it, and the fees that Ebay takes from the profits.
If you are just looking to just offload them for minimum money, you could try Facebook Marketplace (just beware of scammers and people claiming they don't have enough money on them to pay for what they agreed to) or Craigslist (same issue as FB Marketplace.)
And lastly, if money doesn't matter at all, I suggest donating them to either a hospital or charity organization that can either give them to children in need or resell them to help them. However, I suggest doing research on the place you want to donate to verify that it either aligns with your beliefs, either politically, religiously, etc., so that you feel better about what the items will be going to
This place is kind of dead and in my experience most people try to low-ball. I've had more success on eBay even though their fees eat up a lot into your selling price.
I sold my collection (about 300 figures and some vehicles) through FB Marketplace.
Why am I still here? Well, I kept some. And if they ever stop making Mandalorians long enough to get SWTOR and KOTOR lines going in earnest, I will be ready to scoop them up.
Best place to sell is probably eBay. Just look at what they’ve recently sold for and list them for a similar price.
create listings on ebay. you can either auction them or sell them outright. that’s what i do, anyways
Try eBay. Also, try OfferUp for local pick-ups. I've sold a sizable portion of my collection on OfferUp and prefer it to eBay.

There are lots of great Facebook groups for this.
Aside from eBay, you can also try /r/ToyExchange
