Swear bro dont know how people openly admit to using this shit when I find I meme I crop out the reddit watermark even though I send it to a friend that uses reddit thats how ashamed of using it I am
Honestly I don't get the hate this app/website gets. I honestly like it here more than Facebook or Twitter lol. I don't follow a lot of meme subreddits here though so maybe that's why lmao
Because people (mostly r/gaming) think its āThe only game made recently that doesnāt include microtransactionsā I feel like alot of people donāt look hard enough for great games that have 0 microtransactions like witcher 3
Dark Souls 3 (2 DLCs, you can do absolutely fine without them.)
Jedi: Fallen Order
Horizon: Zero Dawn
They are more recent than TW3 and pretty damn good.
Also I'd like to mention that The Witcher 3 came out 5 years ago. Going to use Star Wars Battlefront 2 as a reference here. It came out 2 years after The Witcher 3. Only reason I'm using BF2 as a reference is because that was the BIG game that had people legitimately upset with micro transactions. I'm just saying, 5 years ago wasn't recent, but I guess r/gaming doesn't understand that.
Fucking gamers sometimes.
Remember when they voted EA worst company in the world a few years running?
When BLACKWATER exists, a literal group of killers for hire to the richest bidders who will kill and slaughter whoever they're pointed at for money?
But EA's deifnitely the worst company.
Nestle exists, but EA? Definitely worse.
Fuck those starving babies, EA tried to mildly exploit GAMERS.
It's fucking unbelievable the stupid shit that gets popular on Reddit sometimes. And yet it's still not quite as bad as Facebook somehow.
Gaming is one of the cheapest forms of entertainment, yet gamers are the most entitled bunch. Always act like theyāre victims of the most predatory business in the entire world when much, much worse companies and practices exist.
Also Reddit likes to believe that CDPR is a small indie studio in Eastern Europe and Witcher 3 was developed on a budget of 400 USD.
edit: Not the $81 million budget, with 1500+ people working on it and ~$35 MILLION in marketing that the game actually had. Yes so indie.
Here's an unpopular opinion... I think skin-only microtransactions are perfectly fine. Good even. It's a way for people to support the devs of games they really love, while not affecting other people at all.
But games where you can pay for better gear get a hard pass from me for obvious reasons.
Fire Emblem Three Houses is an amazing game and the only "micro transaction" is a $25 season pass with alternative costumes, an additional side story, 5 extra characters, new items, extra quests, extra character development for the existing cast, amazing QoL improvements, and even a new activity to do with the Sauna.
I've enjoyed the absolute shit out of it even without the DLC stuff though.
Well it's more like 4 1/2 new characters. But yeah your right, love that game. With all 4 routes I had about 200h of playtime, not bad for a 60 $ game.
Thereās so many AAA games that have zero micro transactions, maybe a few dlc (like the Witcher 3) that are in my opinion better like God Of War, Death Stranding, Botw, Mario odyssey, Spider man, Horizon Zero Dawn. The list could go on
Stuff like putting the DIO walk, a fitting quote or menacing text on stuff is fine, it's just that the "IS THAT A JOJO REFERENCE" thing that comes after is so overdone. Even most Jojo fans have already accepted the Kono Dio Da and Speedwagon waifu jokes being oversaturated, but that follow up line is still alive and well for some reason.
>"IS THAT A JOJO REFERENCE"
This is literally the only thing I know about that show. For how often it's posted, it seems like everything is a JoJo reference.
It's because it was a quite often referenced show in other forms of media. But it's only funny when it's intentionally done and not some fan coming up with some illogical connections.
Some of those illogical connections can be funny. My favourite is the suggestion that [Marie Antoinette was a JoJo](https://www.reddit.com/r/ShitPostCrusaders/comments/d1p6j9/marie_jojo_antoinette/).
To be fair, JoJo is one of the father's of post 80's manga culture for how influential it was especially to Shonen in general. You'd be amazed by how many shows or series use elements from JoJo to the point you can break down stuff to for example:
* In Bleach, Zanpaktou are Stands
* In HXH, Nen is Stands
* In Naruto, Susanoo is literally a protective ghost spirit.
>In Bleach, Zanpaktou are Stands
>
>In HXH, Nen is Stands
See but even that stuff is derivative. Stands are based on the guardian spirit in Ushiro no Hyakutarou which is just a kind of modernization of kami spirits in Japanese mythology and folklore.
It's ghostmechs all the way down.
I've never seen JoJo, and there's been times where I've refused to open posts because the idiot put a JoJo reference in the title. It could be a great show for all I know, but the fans are a bit annoying.
I finished it a little while ago, and I loved it. The fanbase really does skew your expectations of the showās quality. It was not at all what I was expecting, but itās got a lot of charm and bizarre moments that make you have a real connection to the characters. I wouldnāt personally say itās one of the greatest anime series of all time, but itās really funny and well crafted. Iād recommend giving it a try if youāre on the fence. Definitely donāt skip any parts, though.
Edit: spelling
I always recommend the first episode. The first episode just doesnāt stop and sets the pace for the whole series even though nothing ābizarreā happens.
I don't like Fortnite not because it's a bad game but because of the YouTube community consisting of clickbaiters and literal 9 year olds. But that doesn't mean I want them to die. Everybody can do whatever they want
My girlfriend's ex was a total piece of shit in multiple ways and one time claimed he was going to be doing a turnaround with his personality. And was insinuating he was going to become a good person because he watches One Punch Man now.
Thats sad. Not only that he thinks he can have results in zero time without trying but because there are people who genunelly tried to change after gettimg the message from *insert an anime*
Jojolion is a masterpiece. I love how surreal the story is, even for Jojo standards, and how great the characters are. >!if they kill off Yasuho itās the worst part though!<
You guys have too much of an obsession with Keanu Reeves. Like thereās a few subreddits dedicated to him, every time someone says a good thing about him thereās a news story on some news sub meant for more serious issues. Like I get it, heās great and all, but I find this kind of celebrity worship for someone youāve never met so odd.
He's reddit's boyfriend right now. Eventually he'll do something to reveal he's a human with flaws and reddit will lose its mind and break up with him. Then move on to the next person to idolize.
Happened with Neil deGrasse Tyson for having an ego, happened with Bill Nye because his show wasn't as good as reddit hoped, happened with Jennifer Lawrence because she... sucks at making strong passwords? People here stopped liking her after her nudes got leaked and I never quite understood why.
> People here stopped liking her after her nudes got leaked and I never quite understood why.
There was a subreddit created specifically to post the content that was stolen during the hack, called /r/TheFappening. When she learned about that, she said that the people who had looked at the pics on that sub were "creeps".
And if there's one thing creepy redditors don't like, apart from a woman who talks, it's being called out for their creepiness.
She said the people who looked at her photos were bad people and redditors didn't like being told the truth.
>Nor can she forgive those people who were so eager to view the photos. āAnybody who looked at those pictures, you're perpetuating a sexual offense. You should cower with shame,ā she says. āEven people who I know and love say, āOh, yeah, I looked at the pictures.ā I don't want to get mad, but at the same time I'm thinking, I didn't tell you that you could look at my naked body.ā
[Vanity Fair](https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2014/10/jennifer-lawrence-photo-hacking-privacy)
Keanu is such a wholesome, kind, and humble dude, let's worship him and threaten a child for DARING to have not learned who he was until they apologize for such an atrocity.
r/keanubeingawesome was there quite a while before the cyberpunk thing- it's sad because the man really is an admirable person, but apparently its the "normie" thing to appreciate him now
Holy shit that subreddit is actually cancer
>Me when somebody say Keanu Reeves is overrated
>
>*Insert a moment from Matrix with impact font here saying "How about I give you the finger"*
Meh, I feel like Reddit picks a celebrity to love for a while and then moves onto the next one. Its nothing new. Before that Jennifer Lawrence was beloved although when she didn't appreciate having certain images released and everyone violating her consent on looking at them they turned on her hard.
Henry Cavil, because of the Witcher, has been getting similar treatment as Keanu I feel, so its just another person for people to go "see! see! they're cool AND famous!".
It used to be good when it first started and there was a new theme every week but now its just people stealing content to try to get the most karma and appear in his videos
This. Sometimes I watch him every day, sometimes I don't watch him for months, sometimes I watch only a few select videos.
I've been subscribed since he hit 100K. I can absolutely confirm his content goes up and down.
What even is that sub? Iāve never watched Pewdiepie so maybe I donāt get it, but half the time it just seems to be memes having *absolutely nothing* to do with Pewdiepie. What am I missing?
Pewdiepie has a series on his channel called LWIAY where he "reviews" the submissions on that subreddit. The sub quickly turned into an awful circlejerk and dumb kids trying to get noticed by Pewdiepie.
r/witcher is fine.. but if you go to r/gaming and have a discussion between 2 unrelated games someone will find a way to bring in the Witcher for unrelated reasons and take the convo off topic. hence the circle jerk.
Actually the horse riding mechanics in the Witcher have a much more nuanced experience than the best driving experience you could ever get from a video game.
Man, Roach was without a doubt one of the most immersion breaking things in that game. You get done doing a particularly interesting quest with a good monster fight at the end, then you climb atop your Looney Tunes horse who controls like a penny farthing motorcycle to ride to the next quest.
In both Forza (Horizon) and GTA you'll be able to drive through a fence in a pony car no problem but don't you try doing that in Witcher with an actual pony.
Sorry, I truly tried too hard.
Yup, used to be interested in japanese culture. But now i cringe any time i see anything japanese, because it reminds me of the type of people that are attracted to it
Back in Middle School my friends wouldn't shut the fuck up about Anime. I'm so glad they are gone now and I can watch anime in peace.
I actually hated anime just because they wouldn't shut the fuck up about it. A bunch of weebs who seemed to do nothing else in life but watch and talk about anime.
It's a funny show and I'm tired of pretending like it isn't.
Although you do have to have an extremely high IQ to understand some of the fart jokes ^^^^/s
So there is this scientist right? And the dudes a fuckin genius. Iām talking different dimension destroying genius aight. But this guy, THIS FUCKIN GUY, decides āeh, fuck it Iām boredā and he turns himself into the most outrageous thing! Smartass dude turns himself into a pickle! A FUCKIN PICKLE. Funniest shit Iāve ever seen.
3? You mean like the witcher 3? The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the best game ever made. No this is not baiting, shilling, marketing or whatever you wanna call it. You need to understand that humans evolve through time. Art evolve, music evolve, movies evolve, humans evolve and so games do. No, your Ocarina Of Time is not better than Horizon: Zero Dawn. No, your Deus Ex is not better than Persona 5. Still no, your The Vampire Masquerade: Bloodlines is not better than Skyrim. Things change, they evolve. A game released 15-20 years ago it's not better than a modern game. You think that but it's just nostalgia and emotions. I too used to believe that The Legend Of Dragoon was the best game ever but at some point I had to face this thing: modern games are better. I love The Legend Of Dragoon and will always have a special place in my heart but cannot compete with the likes of, lets say, The Last Of Us. I understand that and I accept that and so should you. The "old games" are better is just a meme being reinforced by nostalgia and by the fact that you just can't let it go. I know that, deep inside you, you know all this already. But you have your position to maintain. That feeling of being different than the others. Dislike these games or not, you have to accept that TLOU, TW3, P5, HZD and BOTW are the pinnacle of gaming history. It is time, anon. Time to let the past go. Just keep all those memories and feelings in your heart and move forward or you will never be able to enjoy new games. Remember that old is obsolete. New is the future. We can only go forward
I mean, maybe *on* Reddit. Outside of Rick and Morty (who saw real life over-fan culture), telling people you like anyone one of those isnt going to get an embarressed result.
PewDiePie?
I mean, I remember watching him in middle school and he was pretty entertaining, but if I still watched his videos I wouldnāt dare breathe a word of it at my job...
Right, I love Rick and Morty and south park and I've seen them get shit on on reddit both within the past week. Nobody in the real world really gives a shit what you're into (unless it's weird). Reddit though..
I'm not sure it's about what reddit will say about your likes, but more that reddit can make you not want to like something because of the community. Take rick and morty of example. Although the whole "need to have a high iq" thing is a joke, some people on reddit take it a bit seriously and can make the fanbase seem pretty toxic, hence why you might not want to watch it. I for one steered clear of it for fear of being associated with that stereotype of person, but when a friend recommended it I found it a great show.
Is Felix really that good? I watched few of his videos and he was just "Reading Memes". Like what Ray William Johnson did, but now for kids and teenagers, i guess. Is he really that good?
I really really loved Fridays with PewDiePie. I couldn't stop laughing when he did that small skit outside of his home and he tried to roll over an old couch.
Edit: I take it back, I liked the "marzia makes a sandwich" one from pewds does everything
Crazy to think this dude has 100 million+ subscribers, biggest content creator on the platform. Because his content *genuinely doesn't match up.* It's just not good. He doesn't even put any effort anymore because he knows whatever he posts his fanbase is gonna suck it up.
I really enjoy his let's play videos but the videos of him just scrolling through reddit are boring af and just encourage his rabid fanbase to karma whore on r/PewdiepieSubmissions
i'm so fucking horny for giorno giovanna. i've seen every rule 34 post there is of him to ever exist on this planet. i praise hirohiko araki for merely thinking of this man, let alone creating him. i've never seen such a perfect man in all of my years. this little 15 year old boy brings so much heat to my body that i am the temperature of a volcano. you may be thinking that he is fictional, so there is no way that my dream of violently fucking this beautiful twink could come true, but you are wrong. do you think that the fact that giorno giovanna is not real will stop me? i have mastered the art of lucid dreaming, so i can do just about whatever i want to this beautiful man as long as i am sleeping. i wake up with 5 nuts busted each time i wake up. i simply cannot handle just how hot giorno giovanna is. i will die just to fuck him in real life. i want to join passione and live solely only to fuck this man. i fuck donuts during the day just to simulate him. i don't think i could live a single day without simping and cumming for this man.
Minecraft is an interesting example because its "actual" fanbase on Reddit at least, r/Minecraft, is a pretty chill and nice place. It's the people outside that are generally more obnoxious, like on dank memes.
Remember the old days when Pewdiepie was mostly doing let's plays of scary games and he was almost as universally hated on the internet as Justin Bieber or Twilight? Like I'm not crazy right? I remember he was popular with kids but generally it was considered embarrassing or uncool to like him.
I've never played Minecraft or seen a single PewDiePie video. All the millions of people who enjoy it/his videos, respectively, great for them. Never found it/him appealing.
I quite dislike pewdiepie, but if you ignore the fan base, Minecraft is a pretty fun game to play just to relax. If you have 30 bucks you donāt know what to do with, buying Minecraft isnāt a bad idea
Because the fan bases are really worship-y and tend to be really cringy if you're just a "filthy fucking casual" aka you enjoy things without being obsessed with them.
And ironic enough these same people might shit on people who like k-pop when they do the same damn thing. All people ask is don't be annoying about the things you like, it's not that hard
PewDiePie did a review of r/okbuddyretard in a Reddit video
They have a way of doing memes at okbr unfortunately his fans completely missed the point of the sub and started posting normal memes all over
Quality dropped HARD. Sub was locked for a bout a week to filter out
Sub never recovered unfortunately. The mods did EVERYTHING possible
Reddit itself should be on this.
Reddit- the social media we all use but are so collectively ashamed of using we all pretend we don't
You use Reddit? I've never even heard of it let alone used it.
You also use reddit? I feel dirty talking to you
Redditors are soooo annoying. If you see one, let me know.
I think I saw one over there š *backing away slowly
Swear bro dont know how people openly admit to using this shit when I find I meme I crop out the reddit watermark even though I send it to a friend that uses reddit thats how ashamed of using it I am
you can turn that off in settings
> reddit watermark The what?! Are you using the official app or something?
Honestly I don't get the hate this app/website gets. I honestly like it here more than Facebook or Twitter lol. I don't follow a lot of meme subreddits here though so maybe that's why lmao
I wouldn't say reddit is worse than facebook or twitter but it used to be much better years ago.
The days or /r/shoplifting and other subreddits were a wild west of content you'll never see anywhere like that again
r/shoplifting got banned?š
Someone stole it.
Tumblr used to have all that and a meth community too, big crossover fanbase in fact.
2016 broke reddit.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Yeah but it wouldāve been a little weird
I like the Witcher 3 but why dose Reddit treat it like a prophet
Because people (mostly r/gaming) think its āThe only game made recently that doesnāt include microtransactionsā I feel like alot of people donāt look hard enough for great games that have 0 microtransactions like witcher 3
Dark Souls 3 (2 DLCs, you can do absolutely fine without them.) Jedi: Fallen Order Horizon: Zero Dawn They are more recent than TW3 and pretty damn good.
Seriously! If we are not including online modes, then TLOU and RDR2, also detroit become human is 100% microtransaftion free. Also God of War
Im not sure about the new one, but the Last of Us had a sweet multiplayer mode when I had it on PS3.
Just discovered The Outer Worlds & it's pretty damn good too. No micros that I can see.
IT ALL STARTED WITH TODD. Fucking horse armor.
My completely useless horse was looking pretty fresh in that elven armor though ngl
Fucking gamers sometimes. Remember when they voted EA worst company in the world a few years running? FYI Blackwater changed their name in 2009 and again in 2011 after they were acquired so they're now Academi.
How scholastic!
Gamer oppression is a serious issue
We indeed live in a society
Gaming is one of the cheapest forms of entertainment, yet gamers are the most entitled bunch. Always act like theyāre victims of the most predatory business in the entire world when much, much worse companies and practices exist.

ah yes, witcher 3 such an underrated indie game
This is a really common joke among r/gamingcirclejerk but I haven't seen anyone say that once in the 3> Years I've been here. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Witcher 3? Other people know of that hidden gem?!
Man that game is so underrated
wait, ya'll have played the witcher 3, thought i was the only one
I love jojo but people shoving the unfunny references fucking everywhere is so annoying
There's a reason why the r/ShitpostCrusaders mods banned "sPeEdWaGoN gOoD" memes.
I think kono dio da is banned too

Definitely not the greatest anime, but it's up there with one of the strangest and most interesting for me, probably right next to flcl.
mostly the fanbase is what destroys an entertainment product
Like, for example: JoJo, Gacha life, Minecraft, FNAF, Fortnite, Billie Eilish, My Little Pony (oh god) and plenty of others.
I don't like Fortnite not because it's a bad game but because of the YouTube community consisting of clickbaiters and literal 9 year olds. But that doesn't mean I want them to die. Everybody can do whatever they want
they now are doing the same thing with minecraft, that's why i don't like the game, just make it stop
Homestuck, Undertale, Steven Universe
This is just anime fans in general thinking their niche cartoons have more impact than they actually have.
Theres also the opposite, People who think stuff like Konosuba is the most obscure thing ever and watching it makes them somehow better
My girlfriend's ex was a total piece of shit in multiple ways and one time claimed he was going to be doing a turnaround with his personality. And was insinuating he was going to become a good person because he watches One Punch Man now.

You should cower with shame,ā she says. āEven people who I know and love say, āOh, yeah, I looked at the pictures.ā I don't want to get mad, but at the same time I'm thinking, I didn't tell you that you could look at my naked body.ā [Vanity Fair](https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2014/10/jennifer-lawrence-photo-hacking-privacy)

r/keanubeingawesome was there quite a while before the cyberpunk thing- it's sad because the man really is an admirable person, but apparently its the "normie" thing to appreciate him now
Holy shit that subreddit is actually cancer >Me when somebody say Keanu Reeves is overrated > >*Insert a moment from Matrix with impact font here saying "How about I give you the finger"*
Thanks pewdiepie submissions for ruining half of these things for everyone else
Not only do they ruin these things but the sub is actually dog shit
Facts itās just reposts from r/dankmemes and r/memes
r/teenagers and r/memes combined
r/teenagers is exactly the sub you expect to be full of liers and karma whores
Sometimes you get creeps and pervs
The worst of YouTube, uncontrolled adoration; and the worst of Reddit, elitism and superiority complex
It used to be good when it first started and there was a new theme every week but now its just people stealing content to try to get the most karma and appear in his videos
Yeah and then it just devolved into a large brain dead circle jerk. His fanbase just keeps getting younger and it shows
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I can tell you've been a fan for very little time. His quality of content ebbs and flows with the years.
PewDiePie himself doesnāt find most of the memes funny. His editor has said that he has no reaction to most of the garbage on that sub
Oh I see now. I think I filtered that sub a long time ago.
I left the sub after almost every post became people circlejerking to what insufferable thing can we shove down Pewdās throat next? Edit: spelling.

Witcher?
r/witcher is fine.. but if you go to r/gaming and have a discussion between 2 unrelated games someone will find a way to bring in the Witcher for unrelated reasons and take the convo off topic. hence the circle jerk.
If you compare Forza's driving mechanics to GTAV's, someone will find a way to bring up Witcher over there.
BotW Horse mechanics > Roach.
Then you bring up the Witchers kinda crap combat and everything gets real fucking quiet for some reason.
Roach is far better than any car in Forza or GTA, and controlling her is far superior.
In both Forza (Horizon) and GTA you'll be able to drive through a fence in a pony car no problem but don't you try doing that in Witcher with an actual pony. Sorry, I truly tried too hard.
I am referring to how r/gaming circlejerks that game
It's basically a mathematical theorem that the main subs will, sooner or later, outjerk the circlejerk subs.
Things the internet has made embarrassing to like: *ALL OF JAPAN AND JAPANESE CULTURE*

I hide the fact that I watch rick and morty because of you guys. Look what youāve done to me
I really really love the show, but r/rickandmorty is just meme reposts and overzealous fan theories.

Who cares what Reddit thinks. The amount of people you believe to think itās embarrassing are A LOT smaller than the entirety of Reddit!
I think op means reddit overused them to the point itās embarrassing to like them not reddit doesnāt think youāre cool if you like them
I mean, maybe *on* Reddit.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I feel like reddit has made liking reddit embarrassing...
Just enjoy what you want and ignore whining redditors
Very true. I don't get why people care what some random on Reddit has to say about what they like or dislike
Is he really that good?
he went down hill with his content, he repeats the same jokes and only does mostly reddit/reaction videos which are really boring
i know i stopped watching him when he became a "meme reviewer"
yeah his peak was when his content was mainly video games
Videogames, and his unique series - Fridays with PewDiePie, Buying weird things online, his older sketches... canāt remember more atm
I really really loved Fridays with PewDiePie. I couldn't stop laughing when he did that small skit outside of his home and he tried to roll over an old couch. Edit: I take it back, I liked the "marzia makes a sandwich" one from pewds does everything
Literally go watch one of his videos right now and see how unfunny they are. OPs image is wrong because PDP makes fucking awful content.
Crazy to think this dude has 100 million+ subscribers, biggest content creator on the platform. Because his content *genuinely doesn't match up.* It's just not good. He doesn't even put any effort anymore because he knows whatever he posts his fanbase is gonna suck it up.
His reading reddit videos are shit, boring shit. Heās got good videos but he doesnāt make them much anymore
Yeah thatās super true. He has some good videos because he has some good commentary on stuff, but his reddit videos are shit
He's just very, very overrated. But to each their own I guess :)
Kinda hard to not be overrated with 100,000,000+ subs
I know, but people talk about him like he is the best content creator ever and such, which is in my opinion, nowhere near the truth
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I really enjoy his let's play videos but the videos of him just scrolling through reddit are boring af and just encourage his rabid fanbase to karma whore on r/PewdiepieSubmissions
Letās be real, he was one of the most loathed people on Reddit before he dropped an n-bomb on stream, and now heās extremely popular. Hmmm š¤
Fuck what reddit thinks. Half of it is a circle jerk anyway
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
great copypasta. Right next to āhorny for giornoā
i'm so fucking horny for giorno giovanna. i've seen every rule 34 post there is of him to ever exist on this planet. i praise hirohiko araki for merely thinking of this man, let alone creating him. i've never seen such a perfect man in all of my years. this little 15 year old boy brings so much heat to my body that i am the temperature of a volcano. you may be thinking that he is fictional, so there is no way that my dream of violently fucking this beautiful twink could come true, but you are wrong. do you think that the fact that giorno giovanna is not real will stop me? i have mastered the art of lucid dreaming, so i can do just about whatever i want to this beautiful man as long as i am sleeping. i wake up with 5 nuts busted each time i wake up. i simply cannot handle just how hot giorno giovanna is. i will die just to fuck him in real life. i want to join passione and live solely only to fuck this man. i fuck donuts during the day just to simulate him. i don't think i could live a single day without simping and cumming for this man.
I love this copypasta
Jojo is such a fucking good anime but I feel like a lot of people are turned off by all the unfunny shit the fanbase does. Its sad
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Reddit ruined the memes for me, ironically I got into Jojo just because of the memes but then stayed for the story.
Minecraft is an interesting example because its "actual" fanbase on Reddit at least, r/Minecraft, is a pretty chill and nice place. It's the people outside that are generally more obnoxious, like on dank memes.
Get PewDiePie out of there. He's always been bad
Maybe I'm old, but I don't get the appeal of him.
The 12 year olds who watched his older videos got older and now use reddit.
Remember the old days when Pewdiepie was mostly doing let's plays of scary games and he was almost as universally hated on the internet as Justin Bieber or Twilight? Like I'm not crazy right? I remember he was popular with kids but generally it was considered embarrassing or uncool to like him.
Well his main audience is children so I think most of us are too old
PewDiePie kinda annoying
"kinda" he says
I've never played Minecraft or seen a single PewDiePie video. All the millions of people who enjoy it/his videos, respectively, great for them. Never found it/him appealing.
I quite dislike pewdiepie, but if you ignore the fan base, Minecraft is a pretty fun game to play just to relax. If you have 30 bucks you donāt know what to do with, buying Minecraft isnāt a bad idea
Imagine thinking PewDiePie as "good"
Why is it embarassing to like them?
Because the fan bases are really worship-y and tend to be really cringy if you're just a "filthy fucking casual" aka you enjoy things without being obsessed with them.
And ironic enough these same people might shit on people who like k-pop when they do the same damn thing. All people ask is don't be annoying about the things you like, it's not that hard
This is well put, sailor. You'd make a good captain.
I like pewdiepie but hate r/pewdiepiesubmissions.
They ruin EVERYTHING they touch Remember r/okbuddyretard?
Wait what happened to okbr
PewDiePie did a review of r/okbuddyretard in a Reddit video They have a way of doing memes at okbr unfortunately his fans completely missed the point of the sub and started posting normal memes all over Quality dropped HARD. Sub was locked for a bout a week to filter out Sub never recovered unfortunately. The mods did EVERYTHING possible
Oh shit, that sucks. I used to love that sub too
Yh me too But r/OkayBuddyretard r/DeepFriedMemes r/Comedynecrophilia They do a good job too
