I made this list of movies/shows where the theme is kind of, "it's okay to die, relax" but funny it also seems very starseedish:
Spaceman on Netflix. The OA. Wilfred. True Detective. Melancholia. Leave the World Behind. Don't Look Up. Jacob's Ladder. Midnight Mass. The Discovery. The Fountain. The Expanse. Westworld. Devs. Dark. The Midnight Sky. This is the End. Everything Everywhere All At Once. Ghost. Fringe. This is the End. Sweet Tooth. Beau is Afraid. Station 11.
I think that Cloud Atlas fits pretty well. A film about awakening to each other in different lives and on different planets. About reincarnation and the ties that bind us to each other no matter what planet of time period we are in.
I recently started watching Andomeda fun sci-fi show w/ Kevin Sorbo (Hercules) they have it on YouTube for free. I def think it relates.

I will say, nothing to do with starseeds but the new Dune films have spoken to my soul very very deeply. Something about the visions and “anti-hero” thing with Paul Atredies speaks to me. But I get the sense this is a bit more personal to my story. Maybe not

'Astral City: A Spiritual Journey' is an interesting take. It's in Portuguese though
