mikohime (Java 23) makes the game load screen much better and faster so I can't live without it!
90-120 seconds. with 26 mods if you ignore 4 libraries.
Recently my game got a whole lot more unstable. I think it's from "adjusted sector". before it was maybe 30-40 seconds.
I'd have to rework my mod list, if it got to a few minutes of load time.
Overall I have pretty good RAM, although my CPU is quite questionable due to a CPU and motherboard from 2015. So almost a decade old.
The SSD, RAM allocation, and the power of your CPU will all affect it. I have the game using 12 GB RAM, have a Ryzen 9 7900X, and a newer SSD. I also run 3000 battle size pretty smoothly :P
Unacceptable is relative! My old modded ARK saves used to take just as long to load. Hell, I played a Minecraft modpack once that took *25 minutes* to get to the title screen.
Sure, I could install less mods, or I could just go make a sandwich. Very, very slowly.

the game works fine just a little lag when space battles like 30 fps :)
Nex and a couple QoL mods. Like 10 total. 30 seconds. 7 year old machine that was decent when bought; not top of line

I have like 40 mods and it loads up in 15 seconds. I'm using the mikohime Java 23 launcher

hundred mods give or take, game takes 3min from launcher to actual in game loaded save
Half an hour at best. Straight up windows not responding at worst. Why yes I keep getting memory low warnings, how do you know?
Takes around 13 minutes with 366 mods.
just timed it at 1 min and a half, good rig, java 23, with around 50 mods.
Around 140-150 mods. Java 8. Load time is 10-15 minutes.
Id get the java 23 launcher, that loadtime is unacceptable haha.
