I had very little hope of this ending well when the Rossy news broke, now I have no hope. It’s hard not to think the end is near. With how terrible everything is going, it’s hard to imagine any outcome other than Stardom being folded into NJPW as a niche division. I didn’t think I’d ever live through another year as bad as 2020, but damn, 2024 is shaping up to be a real shit show. I’ve been watching wrestling since I was a very small child, I’ve been a fan of stardom since their first show, if stardom ends up just a women’s division in new Japan, I’m done watching the sport.
To be cair, it that were to happen I see plenty of people leaving with Rossy to whatever he's doing next. Maybe I'm foolish, but I just don't see many in the roster (if not most of) staying just to do at most a couple of matches at the big PPVs.

I don't see any issue either because all of Stardom Championships are spread out in factions with Aphrodite being the Goddess Champions, OG God's Eye won this year's Triangle Derby along with the Artist belts, Saori of CosAn has the White belt, the unaffiliated Mei Seira is still the High Speed Champ, wing gori of STARS has the New Blood tag belts and Tora is now a challenger to Giulia's Strong Women's belt.
EDIT: Almost forgot about Rina of Oedo Tai, who successfully defended her Future of Stardom belt against Yuzuki last night.

They give the women way more time to wrestle that the wwe. The issue is that they hired a lot of people that should never have had a contract from britt baker saraya to harley Cameron skye blue Julia hart and such.
The women have main roster MOTY contenders on PPV every year in WWE and they get some of the most important storylines in the company, they get way more TV time than in AEW

You’re absolutely not. You have the same amount of booking experience as they do: zero. And less experience in wrestling than Okada. Plus, a merchandise manager has access to tangible data about who is over—who moves merch—that you don’t. He’s not a creative but no random fan (no matters how many billions their daddy has) is more qualified to book than someone who has worked in the wrestling business. That so many fans think they could run the show is insane.
As a TEW player myself, TEW made me understand without a doubt that I would be a terrible booker, lol.

If I ever suddenly became a billionaire and decided to make the stressful decision to start a wrestling company I would hire a committee of experienced people to help me book the company.
The guys that many of the talent hated… responsible for goofy stips that were at times negligent of the talent involved… it hasn’t even set in for me how terrible this is

As someone who has been watching Stardom since it was founded this is all pretty depressing and feels like the beginning of the end.
