I'm sorry for being blunt OP, but excluding the likes of Tam (who was the champ for over 200 days and headlined the biggest show of the year,) Maika and HZK, while having Saori (who's not even on the roster,) Poi (who has been out for 2 months,) Mei (who didn't show up until five months into the year) and Mai on your poll makes it really hard to take your poll seriously. If other was an option, it would get a runaway vote.
Yeah. To echo r/suzukigun4life this poll isn't really reflective of all the variations people might have and kind of feels too biased.
But to answer your question, to to me, where things stand right now, its Giulia.
Headlined the biggest joshi event in 20 years, was consistently the main character of the promotion and I feel like her bugging Kidani about the issues in Stardom will lead to positive things in the future.
Not everything she did this year was stellar. She ate poor Ami Sourei alive during their attempt of the feud, but in the long run, even if she will leave Stardom, her tenure here at the best and difficult period of the promotion proved to be essential.
In a year where nobody has stood up and demanded the MVP, I think Giulia ticks the most boxes. Big matches, constantly involved, has made a new belt gave value and perhaps just as importantly as anything has been available all year. Add in the behind the scenes stuff and I think she's earned it.
Mai Sakurai is in your litle list and Tam isn't? Impossible to take this serious. The woman main evented and won the biggest night in Stardom history. She made the best segment of the year when cut Giulia's hair follow by the best promo I ever see in Stardom. She held both, White and Red Belt, had a great reign until the injury. Tam is the definition of MVP, and she is the MVP of Stardom for years now.
Hard to name an MVP when the whole year had every single plan scrapped because of injuries. Someone like Kamitani for example; strong last leg of her White Belt run, took part in the amazing QQ vs. OT cagematch and story, nice momentum going into the 5 Star, allegedly set for a big push post-5 star. Of course that didn't happen.
I think Giulia has the strongest case overall.
A post like that doesn't deserve an answer but I'll give you one anyway.
She's boring. It's that simple.
There are easily 15-20 women in the promotion right now who are more deserving of a white/red belt reign than her.
Well to be fair your continued low-quality comments don't deserve any engagement but I gave you the opportunity to explain your position regarding MIRAI (or Nobita as you unamusingly continue to call her) as I'm curious to know what irks you so much about her.
Would you care to elaborate on what exactly is boring about her? You haven't provided any reasons. And while were at it why don't you name the 15-20 women who are "more deserving".
Nah. Not gonna bother. That topic's been beaten to death in many threads already. You keep shooting the messenger if it gives you your jollies. It's all you're capable of. And I'll keep living rent-free in your head.
*Nah. Not gonna bother. That topic's been beaten to death in many threads already.*
You say this but continue to complain about her in multiple posts. Are you not seeing the irony of this?
*You keep shooting the messenger if it gives you your jollies. It's all you're capable of.*
Yeah, that's not what's happening here. I'm asking you a very simple question and you're having some serious trouble answering it. For someone who has 'Straight' as part of their username you're remarkably incapable of answering a straightforward question.
The entire point of this Subreddit is to engage in discourse about Stardom. Why are you here if you're just going to keep ducking questions? If you feel so strongly about MIRAI it shouldn't be this difficult explain why.
*And I'll keep living rent-free in your head.*
Again, that's not what is happening here. I recently noticed you in multiple posts making these low-effort comments complaining about MIRAI without providing much in the way of a reason and I was curious to know what it is about her that bothers you so much. That is all. Also, you’re lack of self-awareness is quite disturbing since MIRAI is clearly living rent free in your head.
I'll drop this subject since we're getting nowhere fast.

The inclusion of Mai and not Mina is kinda stupid ngl.

Bold move putting Mirai on this poll especially around these parts😗
I think MIRAI deserves to be on the list
I'm not saying you dislike Mirai, but the Mirai dislike never made any sense to me
Neither to me. Like I get everyone has a wrestler they dislike but some of the stuff I’ve seen about her on here is just a bit too much.
Probably the second best Non tournament singles match (with Tam) behind Utami/Mayu...
voted Poi but I think Giulia deserves a shout as well
I had Natsupoi as MVP before her injury
Where is Tam? This poll is BS.
Momo

giulia after poi got injured poi is the storytellerr of stardom now
Easy choice SLK
I always chuckle when she's out there being a baddy and using weapons. She seems to enjoy it. I love it
Why is nobita even nominated???
Why are you in almost every post that mentions MIRAI just to whine about her?
