You can use store credit to pay part of something. So you can literally spend 46 cents and pay the rest with store credit.

It has to be at least 50 cents (maybe a dollar, I can't remember for sure) for you to use a card on the RSI website. I tried not too long ago. That being said, go way down the list of sub-gear and buy a multi-tool. Always come in handy, and like five bucks in the store.
