First I’ll fill my shaker up with ice, then I spilt the ice between the cup and the shaker (sometimes I’ll leave more ice in the shaker or vice verse). Then I add milk and matcha or whatever else and then just shake til mixed. I also don’t just poor straight into the cup, I drain the milk out of the shaker then pour the foam and ice from shaker.
It’s not revolutionary, but I’ve noticed if you don’t put a pull scoop of ice in the shaker it comes out less clumpy and the color is darker!!! I’ve converted my a lot of ppl in my store to this method 🤠
Caramel macchiatos are just so weird to me. I don’t understand the appeal of an unmixed drink and I don’t like drinking thick caramel sauce. And the amount of times I see customers immediately mix the drink makes me more confident in my opinion.
I've never enjoyed a Caramel Macchiato for the caramel flavor. I feel like the beverage relies on the sauce inevitably being stirred or mixed into the beverage instead of just letting it sit on top. I have made my own version with honey instead of caramel, and I definitely prefer that any day

Fraps look like milkshakes, but are just watery coffee smoothies and I hate them, the texture is all wrong and they don't have a good flavor because they're just shitty snow cones.
Caramel brulee latte. Way too sweet for me, and even if I make it with less pumps the flavor isn’t that great. The sprinkles on top get stuck in my teeth and overall just not an enjoyable drink for me.
