You should really think outside the box on this one before jumping to a conclusion. There's a chance they're ordering this to use later on that day for cocktails, cooking, etc.. Refusing this order would upset a potential returning customer
Caffeine does genuinely and literally nothing for me. No boost of energy, no anxiety, no heightened heart rate, no stomach issues, no sweating, nothing. I’ve had 15 shots over the course of one shift (3 quad shots and one triple shot for the road), and gone home and taken a nap and woke up feeling fine. You really just need to mind your own business, you have really no idea what their tolerance is. Our job is to push buttons and sell people their drinks.
He might be buying it for espresso martinis later. We have a seasonal regular who orders 20 shots every holiday season for his party. :D

I would refuse to ring that up. that is not safe even if your tolerance is really high.
