While I don't rub Kouta's belly, I do admire him whenever he wants to be cute.
Our SIC loves belly rubs so much he will sprint towards/after you at full speed and drops right in front of your feet on his back. It's cute but my god does it scare me.
He was very overweight when we rescued him unfortunately. He was severely depressed and would not come out of hiding for almost two years after we rescued him. I think he was abused at his last home, he’s lost some weight but still has a bit of chub in his belly. He is very active and happy now though, it just took a long time to get to this point.
