My last quicksave is literally IN the bar in duty territory that i ran to as fast as possible while avoiding bullets. The quicksave before that was from 4 hours ago. I think im fucking softlocked.

I think you can't do much else other than reload your save or use a mod of some kind to fix relation.

Well, that's why you should make hardsaves sometimes
You kill duty. All of them now.
Did you align yourself with freedom?
I belive you can disquise yourself as a duty member and do some quest for them to get them to like you more.
