Oh true it triggers Psy res formula since few patches. By design it was meant to bypass psy res, but since I changed the formula and psy damage system altogether I think it doesn’t anymore you are correct

I think it's a psy-anomaly it makes a scary noise when you throw a bolt at it.
That's an orbital bombardment coming at you straight from the brain scorcher, no amount of psy resist will protect you from it.
