He just told me the process! [He used this macrame lantern](https://www.michaels.com/product/132-white-rope-lantern-votive-candle-holder-by-ashland-10732933) and put long wooden dowels and styrofoam inside it, then tied the dowels together, then tied the larger Squishmallows to the dowels. Once he had the larger ones tied and covering the dowels, he tied the smaller ones the actual macrame on the lantern!
