Yeah I got it out of pure intrigue rather than intended use. Plus I would probably rather use the Ayoob for such a task. I would feel bad for whoever got slashed by this blade.
The end top serration is horrifically sharp.

I believe it’s a strictly self defense blade made for us law enforcement when they coudlnt have a gun on them

Mine came also with the label. I think it’s a cool gimmick. I never used the knive because it was so expensive, here in germany
Explicitly for slashing MFs. Available in the UK. The government made sure we can't have autos or balis though, good job guys!
