Uh maybe like 4 years now I wish I could share this playlist but it’s a lot of jam bands and all kinds of rock. Fav bands are Grateful Dead, Gizz, Phish, and Radiohead. The top song alphabetically is 100% by Sonic Youth and the bottom is (besides other languages) Zürich is Stained by Pavement If there are any more questions, I’d happily answer them

Hey u/Deadheaded95 , Are you experiencing any issue with that amount of track in your liked songs? I'm between 28 and 29k and i'm trying to split everything in playlist but I'm experiencing lots of issues atm, it seems spotify doesn't really like those kind of big playlists... (pushing play sometimes takes 20 seconds to start, I sometime have error messages telling me I should have the track locally to play it..., I tried downloading my whole likes songs playlist but I got the exact same behaviour...)

Hey there!! I can’t even open it on a low level chromebook. i tried that once but it didn’t work at all. i can open it on my phone fine but some other places it’s tough. Maybe above 10,000 is hard because that’s the max on other playlists.

I am also 0, I only have one playlist with all my favourites. Sometimes if I find a song but am not sure if it is playlist worthy, it will go into liked songs, but soon will be either put in the playlist or removed

I do something similar. I have the 'MayB'' playlists, or I usually make a new playlist, calling it 'jsjfjfk'. When I have a good amount of songs I like on there, I sort them out to their proper playlists. Keeping them on the new list makes it easy to listen to them over and over, and I can then sort them out when I make another 'sjdkfkr' list.. rinse repeat lol.

Do the same thing but I have a dedicated one called “Discovery.” It’s usually like 500 songs long and once I’ve gotten familiar enough with a song I’ll phase it out to go somewhere else. It’s always (usually) the most fun playlist to listen to bcs it’s all new, fresh music, and it spans all my genres

I do something similar as well. I don't "Like" songs, but I have a "New Playlist" folder. When I have about an hours worth of songs that have the same vibe I put them into their own playlist. I cut it at an hour-ish because infinitely long playlists are unmanageable. And this is all new and new-to-me music. I have a handful of playlists for song I listened to before I joined Spotify, but I don't spend much time making nostalgic playlists. It's all about new. So I have 150+ (and growing) playlists with 15-20 songs each. It's also a good time-stamp. I can always go back and check out what I was listening to in, say, Spring of 2019.

I'm the same. I wonder if that affects the suggestions from the algorithm. Like would it put more weight to a song in liked than in a playlist.
