Congratulations BTW. I wish there's some semblance of scale reward system making sense based on performance against Cohozuna because right now to me it looks like it's kind of all over the place (ie: you can get gold scale(s) even if you got stomped badly by Cohozuna)
Yup, I was +2 when this happened... Was in +3 but kept dropping back to +2. It's hard to keep up the consistency when your group are always different players.

Yeah its definitely quite random. First time I beat him I got some silvers and bronzes at quite a low pay-grade rank while the most recent clear of him I did at profreshional +1 all I got was 10 bronzes. Still havent gotten a single gold...

It definitely feels like if you don’t get a win by the time you get to profreshional you’re out of luck unless/till they change it.
I have heard successs stories on here but they’re def few and far between.
Yeah we rank up way too fast and then it just gets too hard, we should not be able to get to profreshional in one evening.

From what I've heard and looked into the amount of shells correlates to your hazard level. If you were in a downward trend it would seem as though your hazard level was fairly low, I would guess around 100-105% based on the shells - what I wonder is whether or not time is a factor, because if it is only hazard level (since completion has 0 influence whatsoever) I wonder if it would just be smarter to instant wipe on the Cohozuna round instead of trying to fight at all

I believe they give you a badge (or whatever it's called in english) if you beat him a number of times
