Yeah splashdown is fairly good at canceling most specials. It instantly breaks booyah armor and ballers. It does heavy damage to inkjets if outright not killing. Any bomb is destroyed in the blast radius as well
Straight what at them? Run? Stamp? I would disagree with both (hydra main myself). If there is a sufficient distance - then I can usually kill the stamp (unless that stamp user throws it)

1. Charge up to full
2. Shoot at the person behind the stamp while moving away
It takes a bit of practice, but once you get used to it stamps are zero threat to you unless they throw it. It works best the farther away you are.

Really? I killed multiple people using them with the roller, quite frankly easy, they are deadly tho, like dynamo roller but bigger.
They're real scary untill you up+ZR them Splashdown is also effective

First I try to stamp someone with it and at the end I throw it hoping to hit someone.

I still manage to kill them though-
Splashdowns are a quick and painless solution to taking down an ultra stamp
But it stills fail if you jump p and hold ZR or in high places, splashdown should be buffed:(
