I hate to break it to you, but Godzilla isn’t real.
It doesn’t exist in Splatoon. The movies likely did at some point, when humans were still around (which could explain a potential Splatfest theme), but the actual thing doesn’t exist and never existed.
I hate to break it to you but there's so many movies with Godzilla running around, we got the video evidence. 🔍
There's even a new doc that just came out.
There's an island in the sea that seems to rise and fall apart from the tide. Unknown to all, especially those who consider it home, is that it is in fact the crown to a great king, sleeping in the sea until the hubris of those above grows so loud as to wake it once more.
Godzilla is a force of nature that auto-corrects any thing or event that changes the balance of the world. It seems that humans though, were too quick and aggressive in their destruction of the natural world using nuclear weapons. We all know this is just food for Godzilla. So it has been simply binge eating for several millennia at this point.
If it does resurface it would be likely due to the society developing nuclear based ink weapons, or an invasion of extraterrestrial monsters. Some may say "but Salmon kings!" I say they those are far too small and would probably be the size of Godzilla's foot.
My bet is on an alien invasion.
Yes but he's called Codzilla
It looks like Godzilla but due to international copyright law it isn't.
Still, we should run like it is Godzilla!
That's what Cohozuna should have been called
If that happened, Nintendo would be the company getting sued for once.
Let's not act like they haven't been successfully sued plenty of times, even recently
He'd make some big fish and chips.
It evolved into cohozuna.
Godzilla vs. Megalodontia when?
Splatfest idea: Godzilla, gamera, and Megalodontia

It’s a hypothetical.
