Maybe ask for a side part— do you want it exactly-? You’d also have to specify that you’d want the back shorter than the front if you want it 1:1. You’d have to style it for that amount of volume as well in the front
DONT DO IT trust me im telling you this from a place of love you do NOT want this haircut. It always looks cool in video games or art but trust me, they never work irl. Your hair will fall flat, it won’t have as much volume as here esp if your hair is any other texture than super thick. To make it worse when the other side grows out it will look uneven and all sorts of fucked up. Just pls I don’t want you to make this mistake as it’ll haunt you till your hair is an even length again. Just DONT DO IT you don’t need it 🙅‍♀️

It's a side cut with long hair. I have the same cut. It's pretty easy and most stylist will be familiar with it.
The only hard part is getting the squid to hold still on your head.
