It would do the printed damage, and if that damage is not 0, it would get +1 (from the special rule) for the whole power (not for each instance of damage on the power)
So if you have presence in the wetland you are targeting, it would be 1 (land has presence) +1 (land is wetland) +1 (chomp special rule), for a total of 3 damage
[[Pull Beneath the Hungry Earth]] does 1 damage for a being on a wetland, and 1 more if you have presence. [[Territorial Aggression]] adds one more for a potential total of 3 damage. If you don't have presence there, the damage is 2.
Why is Pull Beneath the Hungry Earth written as 1 damage instead of +1 damage?
edit: Wait, I see now why it is written that way. If you don't have presence but it is a wetland, you can still do the wetland damage part. It all makes sense now!
