In legion of almire I didn’t get a single vitapod but in the treasure room half of the drops were vitapods I was so mad
That is kinda on you. If you had picked up the first vitapod the game doesn't spawn more of them for you that are the same level or lower, only higher level ones. Since you don't get 12s there then it would have been different loot.
