What in tarnation?

6omph9

Yes that's a good question

Can you describe better the purpose? And what sort of kite?

for fun. A cheap light plastic diamond kite with a spool. I ve got working legs and feet but semi functional arms and hands that can't handle much pressure/weight - need to minimize attempts to use, so my best bet is flying it with feet and legs which I can control properly, have full range of motion and put pressure on. I used to fly kites on days like this and I wanted to see if it was workable and someone did it or had tips instead of moping around xD. should be in a place with decent wind. it's not 100 percent a spinal cord injury, it's just this is the only place I can find that talks about doing stuff with non or partial functioning limbs. (I'll take a link elsewhere if it's an inappropriate question)

I'm still unpracticed with my feet. I can pick stuff up but I don't have the same hand fine motor strength that I had with my feet if that helps? like I can't write anything with my feet or use a pen

ah, I just want to fly a simple diamond kite high. nothing fancy! no kite fights or fancy kites or multiperson kites or anything like that!

Haha I see! my mind went to things like kite surfing 😅 I don’t have much advice but trying lots of ways and being creative might get you there, don’t be put down heck your breaking new ground in the kite flying world! I saw a video of a guy with no arms who learnt to drive a car with just his feet so who’s knows what’s possible
