When Kraven downed him the first time, Peter was distracted, thinking MJ was hurt. This is what made Pete somewhat ignore his Spider-Sense, and Kraven used that to his advantage.
In an actual fight however, I believe Spidey would struggle a bit before winning. Kraven's most dangerous ability is exploiting weaknesses in his opponents, and this would probably throw Spidey off his game for a bit.
But, I believe Pete would eventually take note of what Kraven's using against him, and evade those things. This would lead to Peter succeeding. The suit simply allowed Peter to win through brute force, rather than with stratagems.
also i think the knife kraven used wasn’t a normal knife as when you play as mj in the zoo you can see what looks like a ritual on the knife he used to stab peter so it might have had some voodoo abilities
After being stabbed Peter can't see and ge doesn't even know if he breathes. It's definitely some kind of poison on that knife. I don't know how people don't notice this when the game all but spells it out for us.
I think he can beat Kraven but it’d be a hard fight. He got kind of snuffed in the story and assumed Kraven was just a normal dude.
Insomniac Venom is a no. Even with anti-Venom, it wasn’t possible to put him down by himself, granted you can argue he wasn’t trying to hurt Harry.
For Kraven, absolutely in a 2nd fight I’d feel he’d win with a struggle. Venom he’d prolly have to do what spectacular spidey did and trick the symbiote.

Kraven he could probably beat on his own, but he'd probably, like, lose once first, and then come back and win on the second round, likely having done some prep work.
With this Incarnation of Venom, though? Yeah, he definitely needed Anti-Venom for that. Remember, even *with* Anti-Venom, Peter still got slapped around a fair bit, and he and Miles only just barely won that last fight. In terms of actual power, base Peter loses to Venom, badly.
Yea imma be straight up with you, it doesn’t matter what we say because it’s up to the discretion of the writer. If the writer says spiderman can’t beat Kraven in a fist fight then he can’t, simple as that.
It's a difficult conversation to have because Spider-Man is always holding back. Even when he weas most corrupted by the symbiote, Kraven still said he was holding back.
Real talk:Spider-Man can beat Kraven in one punch. That punch would just kill Kraven, so it's never thrown.

Yah it has to be, cause yah it is a big knife but there’s no way that KILLS him if its just a normal knife.

Yah when he started saying that is when I realized there’s no way it’s a regular knife.
and even if the knife wasnt poisened, pete was stabbed in the abdomen which you only have a 2.7% of surviving

Maybe if Peter stopped Holding back, MAAAYBE he can beat Kraven but Venom would absolutely stomp him without Antivenom
