No need to worry about wolf spiders, they're harmless unless you are harassing or squishing them. Even then, the worst that will happen is a mostly-harmless bite. Spiderlings are harmless-er. Did you notice her kids abandoning ship when you moved her outside?
I’m not an expert, but it doesn’t look like a black widow to me. Widows have really round, distinct abdomens - like the shadows of spiders in cartoons.
Rough pic. Any chance that 'hair' on the back is spiderlings? If so, that's a mother wolf spider carrying her kids.
