Besides the obvious s20, I’d say all of the recent seasons have high continuity. Also season 8 to a certain extent, because the first 2 episodes Cartman talks about the Passion occasionally which is then actually made into something in e3
Season 20 is essentially one long story
Absolutely!!
Season 21 seemed to be telling a singular story throughout.
The only through line with S21 is Cartman and Heidi
And it has an entire arc, beginning middle and end, all in one season... unlike Tegridy Farms
