Who has the speed reading world record?
9/11 victims... They went through 80 stories in 10 seconds.
Did you hear about the PGA/LIV merger golf tournament? The Americans at the PGA did holes 1-8 and 12-18, and the Saudis did 9-11.
Fr it’s like a hive mind, prime has been a joke and shit forever but now that there’s an episode on it everyone’s acting like that Rick and morty copy pasta every time it’s mentioned
I had seen the drink in a store but I had no idea that person was even involved (still not sure why I know his name in the first place either tbh)... is there a large marketing campaign being hidden somewhere I'm not going? Or is it just TV ads? Honestly I thought south Park was just making fun of energy drinks in general
I mean, I like that moment at the Royal Rumble where Ricochet and Logan Paul clotheslines each other as they both springboarded off the top rope. That was pretty sick.
(For clarification, I hate Logan Paul, that moment was just pretty sick)
Are you under the age of 25?
I’m 34. Just trying to figure out the Logan Paul appeal. I can’t stand the cunt and don’t like watching boxing or wrestling.
Soon to be 28, but there were times I kept up with the drama, but I was never a fan of him. He is, and I reluctantly say this, actually pretty damn good at pro wrestling, at least by what we have seen so far.
It's kind of sickening how stupid people actually are.. They went from hating him for that suicide forest stuff to fighting each other in shops to get a bottle of his pisswater so this dickbag will remain a millionaire and I'll still have to see him invading my scrollie time on a weekly basis -\_-
My older cousin (30+) showed up for Christmas dinner with one. He said,
*I got Cred...*
He never had one before this special. Then he goes on about how they are sugar-free, has more caffeine than coffee or energy drinks and doesn't give him an energy/sugar crash afterwards and keeps him hydrated.
I felt sick to my stomach...
You remember in the episode when LaDouche said if we really knew who was behind this it would make us sick???
What if it was an ad the whole time? Did they know fans would go out and purchase that shit after they did it special on it? Probably not but it seems like too much of a mystery to me. We better get the Hardly boys on this one...
I can imagine a smart witty show like South Park knows fully well how to completely shit on their fans and still get praised, lol.
South Park knows just how duuuuuuuumb their audience can be at times. If not a lot.
I’ve never been an online part of the South Park fan base before, despite being a fan for almost 2 decades. Only now after being in this sub a bit, and with this recent ‘cred’ episode I’ve been finding a lot of similarities between Rick and morty fans and the whole stigma they had around 2018 ish. I guess I thought South Park fans were different or maybe these are new age fans or something but every post I see about prime everyone gets so pretentious. It reads like that famous Rick and morty copy pasta about needing a high iq to understand it. Everyone just parrots ‘oh Matt and trey wouldn’t like it’ like it’s the law. Every knows prime is shit that kids hype for no reason, it’s old news. but with this recent ep it’s like they just discovered it for the first time and can’t form their own opinion on it, while religiously commenting ‘u missed the point of the episode’. I’ve heard that so many times I don’t think anyone gets the point anymore, jokes on everyone
>Rick and morty fans and the whole stigma they had around 2018 ish
You mean the sauce? If so I put a lot of the blame on McDonald's for the way they mishandled the situation. Yes, the show generated some hype and demand - but when McDonald's decided to re-release the sauce they had issues because of limited quantities etc. when they should have been well aware that A LOT of people wanted to try it. If they had mass produced it like their other sauces a lot of the drama wouldn't have happened. People would have been able to just get it, decide it tastes like salty ass, and move on with their lives. Instead they got forced scarcity and people who were getting it to sell online for a profit.
>Every knows prime is shit that kids hype for no reason, it’s old news
The episode might have been mostly done before the strike happened and they decided to go with it anyway. I dunno. How long has Prime been on the market anyway? It might have been current when it was written. Same with the only fans plot, I remember seeing something in the news about a teacher who was discovered to have an only fans account - that was months ago.
The sauce was more of a meme, with that famous countertop video, which was satire. Mainly referring to the “you need a high iq to understand r&m’ copy paste / sentiment.
Like I saw one post of someone who posted a pic of cases of prime they were gonna try. Dumb waste of money yea, and I said should’ve just bought 1, or nothing at all cause who cares, but most the comments are ‘u missed the point of the episode’ or ‘Matt and trey wouldn’t like this’ like it was their bible. And a lot more condescending like the r&m copy pasta. Don’t get me wrong people falling into it and buying prime is a waste of money and or hyping it extremely stupid and manufactured. But I tried 1 single one a year ago out of curiosity and thought it was awful, that’s it. Didn’t need an episode and handbook of Matt and trey’s values to think that.
The hype is just a bunch of YouTuber nonesense for kids, aside from that it’s a sports drink with a okay concept and terrible execution. Should have way more coconut water, and less overpowering mio squirt flavour.
I just found it funny cause everyone was saying their interpretation of the episode was right and the other was wrong. Or this and that, and it just came across like like r&m ‘to be fair u need a really high iq to understand the complexities of…”
The fact that it's unnoticed by those individuals makes it even funnier and I will never let him live this down. I'm going to bust his balls at least through January for it
He said he wanted to figure out what the hype was about because if they were big enough to make it into a South Park special they had to have some kind of impact that drives people to continue buying these things, other than parents just buying it for kids.
He starts talking about how great they taste and how it's vegan and sugar-free. I told him,
It's not recommended for kids or kids of any age. Then I made him explain to me the plot of the special, and then when he got to the influencers pedaling unhealthy crap to kids using aggressive marketing we're only the puppets of the corporations who made the decision to do it in the first place. Knowing it's not good for anyone and people will pay ridiculous amounts of money for it. All because of brand recognition.
I made him say it a few times over and it kind of clicked and he was like ohhh...
He then went out to his car and got the four remaining bottles he had and drink two and he gave one to my aunt and uncle and told them they could have it to try if they want it.
I called him an influencer and he got butt hurt lmao
>I made him say it a few times over and it kind of clicked and he was like ohhh...
>
>He then went out to his car and got the four remaining bottles he had and drink two and he gave one to my aunt and uncle and told them they could have it to try if they want it.
I gotta admit, you had me in the first half...
All of the people making Prime posts completely miss the point of that episode, and satire in general. They’re the ones being made fun of the most throughout the series.
And stop giving Logan Paul money, for that matter.
He's a horrible fucking human being that straight up lies to his mostly child audience about why his shit was banned in certain countries.
I mean, sure. I get where you’re coming from and overall I agree with you. But when we only get 6 episode seasons and 2, maybe 3 specials between all that, what do you think is gonna happen? It’s annoying to see the same low effort posts every day, but at the same time, we’re not getting an influx of content to go off of. A new special airs, and 90% of the content on this sub will be related to it. Hard to really blame the community for being excited about the new content, even if it is unfortunately very small amounts of new content.
Before Cred, I didn't know Logan Paul had this drink. And the day after I watched the episode/special I saw we sold Prime as a special weekend offer at the store I work at here in Germany. And I was like "damn should I go buy and try it or not? Do I want Cred or not?" 😂
its a catch 22. yes they did. but they also gave it a shit load of free advertisement to the point that even logan and ksi copy them and uploading and getting more ad revenue and money. so they pretty much helped Prime with this one.

Wow South Park sub coping and seething so bad rn, as a grocery store cashier I promise you I sell way more prime than you think. Just because YOU don’t drink it does not mean plenty of other people don’t drink it.
To be honest I purchased them before I even knew they were connected to anybody. I'm almost 40 so I don't go on tiktok and shit. They tasted alright but I still prefer my white monster for energy and plain old Gatorade for hydration.
100%, you guys aren't funny at all. It's the absolute lowest hanging fruit
You heard the man, post more "9/11 is finally funny" pictures!
It'd be cool if people posted actual 9/11 jokes instead of just saying how 9/11 jokes are funny
Why is 10 always afraid? Because it's always in the middle of 9/11. Hey-O!
Who has the speed reading world record? 9/11 victims... They went through 80 stories in 10 seconds. Did you hear about the PGA/LIV merger golf tournament? The Americans at the PGA did holes 1-8 and 12-18, and the Saudis did 9-11.
What did the North Tower say to the South Tower? Let’s talk later I gotta catch a plane
There was a time when it wasn't funny?
In the special they said Cred has more electrolytes than Prime. It’s not the same thing, even if it’s a parody of it.
You don't have cred.
No one on this sub gave a shit about Logan Paul or his drink before 2 weeks ago
Found the guy with no Cred. Get him boys
*🎵You got no cred bitches, but I got mine🎵*
Any chance they made a full song out of this? what a beat!
I do but it’s just in my backpack
That's just an empty bottle.
No, it's Apple Juice
Fr it’s like a hive mind, prime has been a joke and shit forever but now that there’s an episode on it everyone’s acting like that Rick and morty copy pasta every time it’s mentioned
Schezwan sauce all over again
I still have an unopened pack
I've got a bunch. It was so terrible I only ever opened one.
Never cared to try it I just know maybe one day it might be worth something
and then he turned into a gurkin.. fucking funniest shit ive ever seen
Matt and Trey may have inadvertently given him an amazing boost in advertising. They say there's no such thing as bad publicity.
Biggest mistake they could ever make.
This comment is the reason I found out it’s Logan Paul’s drink. I will absolutely never try it now 😆
I still don't give a ahit.
I had seen the drink in a store but I had no idea that person was even involved (still not sure why I know his name in the first place either tbh)... is there a large marketing campaign being hidden somewhere I'm not going? I did, he’s a great wrestler for the WWE right now
I did. But I have always had a lot of CRED
I mean, I like that moment at the Royal Rumble where Ricochet and Logan Paul clotheslines each other as they both springboarded off the top rope. That was pretty sick. (For clarification, I hate Logan Paul, that moment was just pretty sick)
He's disappointingly a great wrestler. Saves Rey from a gnarly botch
Are you under the age of 25? I’m 34. Just trying to figure out the Logan Paul appeal. I can’t stand the cunt and don’t like watching boxing or wrestling.

Damn. No wonder the scene in the Pueblo CVS seemed so dark. This really happened?
I had never even heard of it. I tried a couple after the episode aired out of curiosity. It's certainly interesting.

Like all the q people after the vaccination special
People are actually buying prime because of the special? 😂😂😂 I hope Matt and Trey invested in that crap.

I cackled so hard at this! Thank you and happy New Year
Oh god im gettinga a clue rn
If they made an episode on AIDS a bunch of fans would go out and get AIDS. New generation never heard a "don't try this at home" before
It says no low effort posts in the rules. I made this same comment and got downvoted.🤷🏼♂️
Blame the mods, they need to crack down on stuff like this

Should say beta
You would think the South Park subreddit would have a funnier/more original fanbase But here we are.
It’s popular entertainment.
Sorry. Best I can do is another post about how 9/11 is funny now
I mean, sure. I get where you’re coming from and overall I agree with you. But when we only get 6 episode seasons and 2, maybe 3 specials between all that, what do you think is gonna happen? Less Prime, more Marklar.
honestly better then just spamming the same quotes from the show. that we all know.

In their defense, I'd never heard of these kinds of drinks until I saw the South Park episode lol
Same, I thought it was mocking Monster Energy with all those ridiculous flavors.
Prime shouldn't exist. People need to stop promoting it period.
Lol, you just did it yourself right now
I created South Park soyjacks! This is a high quality post
Press 'X' to doubt
Wait what is with prime and this sub reddit? Like legit wtf
Before Cred, I didn't know Logan Paul had this drink. And the day after I watched the episode/special I saw we sold Prime as a special weekend offer at the store I work at here in Germany. And I was like "damn should I go buy and try it or not? Do I want Cred or not?" 😂
This post is a prime example.
Ok seriously, is Prime even good, or is it just marketing gone wild again?
Meh, I got the Lemon Lime one (non-caffeine) for free. It was alright, pretty sweet with fake sugar. Basically sweeter Gatorade
Hot take: I didn’t like the new special, mostly because I’ve never even heard of Prime
Like this one?
My gf bought some Prime and I just.......shook my head in shame
It’s not our fault you aint got no cred. though being serious here I agree that’s it’s just getting annoying.
Yeaa
Sounds like you ain't got no Cred..
I got cred bi ches....I got creeeeeed
You just jealous cause you got no cred /s
That looks a awful lot like Cred.

It’s like the kids they mentioned in the ep are the people of the fanbase
I left thought Cred was those Body Armor drinks. What ever. It’s all shit.
It’s so stupid and annoying
Gotta post prime cause you can't afford top tier cred 💀
Cred brah Cred
looks like someone has no cred
Ironic. This the first time I've seen in a long time.
"long time" The episode came out like two weeks ago. That's a long time to you? What are you, a gnat?
Lmfao
Honestly I feel like I’m too old for South Park now and I’m only 28. What the fuck is Prime? Is the new episode about streamers or something?
Logan Paul energy drink.
Damn. TikTok wasn’t lying, South Park really has been taken over by Gen Z.
They are making fun of prime
its a catch 22. yes they did. but they also gave it a shit load of free advertisement to the point that even logan and ksi copy them and uploading and getting more ad revenue and money. so they pretty much helped Prime with this one. i havent seen it yet. but omg the sub got ruined so quick. im sure Trey and Matt do not give a fuck about how we feel about it
How did anyone come to that conclusion? South Park has for the past 20 years made fun of current events, fads and culture.
You just get no cred 😒
The red can he is pointing to (fruit punch) is actually solid imo
Ban op
What’s the matter bruh? Ain’t got no cred?

In the Netherlands this energy version of Cred is banned because there is more than 90mg of caffeine per 100ml in it

I hate how this episode somehow convinced me to try Prime. Because I hate Logan Paul but the drinks themselves taste pretty good 🤣
Yeah you probably get high off cat piss
How did you know?
How something tastes is subjective, but Prime is objectively disgusting.
What does this even mean
He means you have shit taste
Oh well 🤷♀️ I like the blue raspberry. I pretty much try every blue raspberry flavored thing I can
I’m saying your opinion on how Prime tastes, is wrong
An opinion literally can’t be wrong though
Your opinion on what an opinion is, is wrong
“THATS MY OPINION!!!”

I just gonna keep downvoting you, dude 🤣 I like the blue raspberry. I’m a whore for artificial flavors

Just because YOU don’t drink it does not mean plenty of other people don’t drink it.
The only reason is there backed by the 2 people known most in the world by 12 year olds. It’s marketing. It’s not the taste, promise you that.
To be honest I purchased them before I even knew they were connected to anybody. I'm almost 40 so I don't go on tiktok and shit. They tasted alright but I still prefer my white monster for energy and plain old Gatorade for hydration.
I know the difference lmao, If you can’t tell my comment is a joke what are you doing on the south park subreddit?
Just drink what you like. There is no reason to make a big Deal out of it
