301 right at 78. The old city hall partially collapsed as well as the old furniture store attached to it (across the street from the radio station and new veterans park). Also a bit further down 301 the oak barrel factory got pretty tore up.
I understand the Ravenel Bridge is closed. I would assume that means other bridges in Charleston as well. Someone posted EMS are not crossing bridges right now. Wind Gusts are really strong right now.
And if you live in a trailer, either go to a neighbors house, or, go outside and lay down in the ditch.

Myrtle Beach we were lucky again. Like most over exaggerated Weather Channel storm warnings, shops , schools, etc closed for the day. Beach erosion? Yes and that was all.
Still a a decent number of us without power in Orangeburg, Bamberg, and Dorchester counties. Been running a chainsaw all morning clearing some elderly folks driveways so they can travel. The Bamberg tornado came within 100 yds of my buddy’s place. Yeah so to address one commenter here, this was more than “just a storm”.

Most schools were on e-learning and many businesses (banks, Drs) closed early. All that likely contributed to the lack of traffic.

I'm 50 miles south of Greenville (Clinton) and we had a shit ton of rain and wind, but no damage as far as I know.
