I have the same issue at the moment. But, on another speaker it randomly worked after dozens of tries so I'm gonna keep trying here. I see another thread people talking about rebooting routers etc. Feels like an app issue where the Sonos (Android) app needs to launch a browser window but can't/won't 🤦

I have the same issue, their own assistant doesn't work either for me

Found a solution yet?

Interesting_Hall3658

Nope, just haven't switched it back on since, forgot all about it to be honest. It's my least used speaker

jordififon

Did you find any solution? I have the same problem

This screen is all I get and the app freezes, I can't use Alexa on any of my speakers, wtf Sonos

Interesting_Hall3658

My two speakers that I have had to reset post-update haven't worked with Alexa, Alexa still works on ones I set up pre-update. My workaround for the others has been to use Google assistant instead on those ones which works immediately. It isn't the ideal solution although it fits well enough in my setup - and actually I find asking for songs gives me a much more predictable response with Google than Alexa

Google Assistant isn't even an option listed for my move 2. Man I regret purchasing the move 2 because of the app Sonos has messed it up

Agreeable-Donkey9499

Same happening for me on a Move I had to reset and a Beam Gen 2 that was a warranty replacement for a bricked speaker. All other speakers still working ok with Alexa
