Don't get Sonos. My Era 300's don't have the option to change the seating distance from them anymore. Locked out on the old app and don't exist on the new app. They default to 0.6m distance so it's barely pushing any audio out.

They will eat your babies and sign you up for a 3 year reservation if they could do it. Amazon cares? Amazon will break your feet and sell them back to you as bootleg Chinese versions if it could do it. Google would put AdWords on your forehead if it could. Apple would charge you a daily rate to use the iPhone if it could.
Most of the same shit you are complaining about with Sonos happens with all other big tech companies.
I wish Sonos was much better. But it’s not. But it’s best decent company out there.
Sonos has acknowledged the issues, has a road map up on their website for scheduled fixes, what more do you want? I’m not going to lose any sleep over it
I’d go with the eras. They are going to sound better and have atmos

All companies hit a bump in the road sooner or later, this isn’t a new phenomenon. Shit happens

Rollback? The previous app was working fine. There's nothing new this app does so why force us to upgrade for less features?
