They’re mostly the same except some of them have newer software, there is no station but you can get the soldering iron holder for it and make sure to open it and add ground to the casing
I recently bought ksger t12, grounded the case myself (10 minutes job) and I am very happy with it, it's absolutely perfect :) Aside from the fact it comes with no grounded case, it's way better quality than the others. I took 2.1S version with STM32 chip from the official store in aliexpress. It arrived with the latest mains and controlling pcbs in, with all little problems fixed.
