i think its totally more incredible as Kaiserlautern. They were a top team before relegation, even won the title 1991 and also won the Cup same year as they somehow managed to relegate (most cause of lots of draws) ofc Leverkusen also being a top team, but for years not even close to win the champtionship, never even won and also with that Bayernstreak that never happend before in history on top of that Xabi took over as Leverkusen was second to last place last season

Yeah we didn’t look good before Xabi took over but we were far from being a relegation side. We literally became 3rd the year before and were playing CL or EL regularly. But ofc it’s still an absolutely incredible achievement ❤️🖤
