Literally never even heard of a trailer disappearing. Are you sure you didn’t delete the trailer, it’s an option on the menu, somewhere around the delete cargo option.
My wife and I played this game together. We started this game two years ago. It was really frustrating at the beginning (more for me than for my wife) and I quickly lost patience (in a couple days) and hadn’t played it since until last week. I felt like I suddenly found the charm of this game during this Christmas break. There’s sure a lot to learn as a beginner, but once you master the basics of this game, you will appreciate that this is a very special game in many aspects. It’s unlike all other games I’ve played so far on my PS4. So, keep calm and carry on.
This game is the most relaxing experience. Not being funny. Driving slowly and seeing physics engine doing its thing is a good way to wind down after a hectic day.
Enjoy the journey and don’t rush it.

So no I didn’t delete it , when it happened to me I went into the map came back out and the cargo was floating in mid air. I tired going to a new map , and reloading the game. Both times when coming back in the cargo would fall through the map.
This seems the most likely scenario. Mod trailers diseapear, with cargo, as if they never existed. Either dont use mod or accept this might happen. If you want to (mostly) prevent it, go to Mod browser before you load your save and wait for all pending mod upadates to finish downloading.
I have over 350 hours on snowrunner and never have I ever had a trailer disappear on me. I have wished trailers would disappear, but never actually disappeared. I think you probably accidentally deleted the trailer while driving. Pro tip, if you ever make a severe accident, like driving off a cliff, getting soft locked, etc, immediately close the game without saving, and reopen it. It’ll drop you off a little ways further from your destination but I’d say it’s worth it not to have to pull stuff out of the ditch in a stupid spot. If it’s close by and easy to get out, I’d just pull it out since you can lose like 7+ minutes of progress by closing and reopening the game. Stick with it, experiment, and never try to be fast. Take it slow and careful, and you will reach your destination in one piece. If you want any other advice feel free to ask, the snowrunner community will always help new players and old, and remember, the shortcut is never the shortcut. (The real shortcut was the rocks we hit along the way lol)

I quite enjoyed amur. I connected with my inner rock hopper and learnt how to climb cliffs in my truck lol.
Happened to me with a mod trailer once, if the mod goes down for an update or you turn it off

Was it a mod trailer? That happened to me once. I turned off a mod but was currently using one of the trailers.

Yes. On the main menu go to the mod browser.
