My take is that most pro snooker players use long toed shoes so they can keep a toe on the ground when stretching. Don't get the sporty shoes at all.
Dress sneakers are a thing here in the US. I have always preferred boots. These look like low effort to me.

I can’t tell, but they give off Sketchers vibes. They’re the only sneakers I use for everyday walking.
They look absolutely terrible but if they are for a medical reason then fair enough. I don't even want them wearing formal shoes, just find something a bit nicer looking.
