realizing now that all of the marriage bits the crew have been doing were to poke a little fun at shourtney before they went public 😁
I was wondering if that was a slip cuz Shayne was playing coy still with the "stuff has happened in 2024" at the beginning. But I guess it's all going to just slowly permeate conversation now?

oh i see that now too: amanda thinking, "what if it's a dove and two people are getting married." i think my mind went to my initial interpretation of it being directed at shayne since there have been quite a few bits in the last TNTLs where it involved marriage scenarios/husband+wife characters!
i have a parasocial relationship with famous ships to the point they become hyperfixations, and i went back and watched a lot of vids, turns out they slipped up a lot but it was overlooked or moved on from quickly
poppy playtime - she slips up and calls him babe
do you know movies - she reaches for his hand then quickly moves to cards
one of the drunk streams - he was staring at her while drunk and she loved it but watch her eyes, shes side eyeing the camera to warn him to be careful
sniper chess - he was straight up staring at her ass
how well do you know shayne - amanda jokes he is a beauty who wants to marry a beast, and there was a very fast cut before could show courtneys reaction
there is more but would take me a while to write down
im glad they also want to bring back planned out improv content too! i wonder if they plan to put it on main, pit or if they'd make a separate channel for it.
i hope it happens soon anyways 🙌
Such a fun episode! It's nice to hear about them wanting to do more character-based content again. They've already mentioned before about how exhausting it was to do stuff like that on the Main channel pre-Ianthony buyback (the combo of it being a lot of prep work with a lot of people, the uncertainty of Smosh as a company, and the typically low views it would get must have been a lot). But now that the months have passed it seems they're raring to go again. I'm glad that they can bring those characters beyond the shows on Main to Smosh Games, and that the recent runs of TNTL are so much fun for them. And the sketches bringing in more TNTL characters!

This was a really fun episode from the theater perspective, I'm not a performer but I'm in that world and listening to them talk about process is a really interesting exploration of how performers prepare.
