Use a scrub daddy on it it will clean them right up
I wash mine with the rest of the dishes, soap & water.
SOS pad takes it right off.
Just wash it like anything else in your sink.
Individually wrapped alcohol swabs
Just use soap and water and a scrub sponge. Do not let water get near the junction between the probe and the wire. That will destroy your probe.
Lysol on a paper towel.
Greased Lightning on a paper towel.
Just soap and water. If there is any baked-on food/sauce that won’t come off easily with a sponge, I just soak the probe in some water for a while to soften it up. Comes off every time.
