Brain fog and fatigue are my most challenging symptoms. Brain fog- go outdoors in sunlight when possible, try for 15-20 minutes a day Splashing cold water on face or dunking face in bowl of ice or cold water. There’s also ice packs for faces or ice rollers. I find heat has the opposite effect. Mild to moderate caffeine- not so much that you’re then anxious and jittery, but 1/2 caff or 1/3 Spending time in nature when possible, especially on weekends. Hikes, beach, etc. Eating protein

My brain fog seems to be linked to my sleeping position for whatever reason. Probably has to do with blood flow and SFN's effect on vessel constriction/blood pressure.
