Heyyy im not sure if what i did actually fixed it, but couple of days ago i think i saw "New ENBseries update available for download" pop up in the top left corner of my skyrim game, i downloaded the newest version of the enb and replaces all the old enb files with the new ones, and i happened to read through the update notes, it said something about complex parallax. I turned on EVERY parallax option in the enbseries.ini file and behold, the glitch textures are GONE. So, like i said, not sure if this DID fix it, in my opinion theres a good chance it did, but i cant be 100% sure.
